Toxic Friend

Synopsis: when Lindsey hangs out with her old friend Amber the mutant girl lizard. Amber ends up pushing Lindsey around and telling her what to do a lot.

Lindsey and Cassandra were hanging out and talking to each other and remembering the good times that they had when they were young.

"Hey Cassandra, thanks for being a great, awesome best friend!" Lindsey said.

"No prob Lindsey I'll always be your best friend for life!" Cassandra said as they both said it at the same time like always.

"Besties For Life Always and Forever!!" Both said together as they started to laugh. Lindsey's phone started to vibrate and she sees a message from her old friend Amber.

Hey Lindsey, it's amber long time no see what you've been up to?

Lindsey smiled at the message as Cassandra noticed it.

"What?" Cassandra said as Lindsey showed her the message on her phone.

"My friend Amber just texted me I've hadn't seen her or heard from her for like 5 years!" Lindsey said as she texted her back and sent a smile emoji.

"She said she wants me to hang out with her at the pizza place today!" Lindsey said as she texted her back and said yes and that she'll meet her there.

At the Run of the Mill Pizza, Lindsey and amber were at the table laughing together. Amber haven't changed a bit since she last saw Lindsey.

"Wow Lindsey, I can't believe it's been 5 years since we've seen each other you haven't changed a bit." Amber said as she started to drink her soda.

"Yeah!"

As soon as the waiter came with their pizza, Lindsey ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and amber ordered the pizza with mushrooms and anchovies on it.

"Hey Lindsey, how about you have a slice of my pizza?" Amber asked as she was trying to convince her to try her pizza but Lindsey didn't like anchovies. It disgusted her.

"No thanks, I don't really like anchovies I'm kinda a pepperoni pizza lover just like my dad." Lindsey said as she took a bite out of her own slice of pizza. Amber eyes twitched as she started to get way too bossy.

"Lindsey, just try it! Now!" Amber said as she gretted her teeth together in an angrily tone in her voice.

Lindsey took the slice and started to eat it. Apparently, she didn't like this kind of pizza at all she hated the anchovies she chewed it slowly as she pretended to have a fake smile on her face so that amber wouldn't notice it.

"See! Good huh?" Amber said as she started to raise her eyebrows hoping that she would like it.

"Mmm!" Lindsey nodded as she holds two thumbs up and amber smiled at her.

After they finish eating pizza, they went to the gift shop it had all kinds of things like keychains, t-shirts, and other stuff. Amber sees a keychain that she really liked the keychain.

"Hey Lindsey, check out this cool star keychain?" Amber said as she showed it to Lindsey.

"Cool but it only cost 7 dollars and we don't have any money to pay for it." Lindsey said as amber begin to have a smirk smile on her face and raised her eyebrow.

"Oh we're not gonna pay it and by we I mean you!" Amber put the keychain in Lindsey's pocket which she's gonna involve her of stealing but Lindsey knows that stealing is bad.

"Amber no! I'm not gonna steal this keychain without paying for it I'll get busted." Lindsey said.

"Ughhh Lindsey, would you stop being such a sore loser and try to have fun! For once in your life!" Amber said as she grabbed her wrist and they ran out of the gift shop without paying for the keychain. They heard the alarm as amber sneak away and ditched Lindsey just so she could get her in trouble.

"Excuse me, Lindsey Hamato!" Senor hueso said as he got her attention.

"Yes..."

"I'm gonna have to take look inside you're pocket!" Senor hueso pulled out a keychain with the price tag on it he'd figure that she was stealing it out of his gift shop.

"Senor hueso I would never steal anything it was my friend Amber she-" Lindsey said but amber wasn't there. Amber was outside putting a smile on her face.

"That's it! I'm calling Leonardo Hamato now!" Senor hueso said as he started to call Lindsey's dad and he'd told him that she was gonna steal the keychain from his gift shop. Leo came to get his teenage daughter he wasn't very happy with her right now.

"Lindsey Hamato, why on earth would you steal something? That's not how me and you're mother raised you!" Leo yelled at Lindsey who was now crying.

"Dad it wasn't my fault but I'm not the blame for it!" Lindsey said as tears stream down her cheeks.

"Then why did senor hueso told me that you had the keychain in your pocket?" Leo asked his daughter and waiting for an answer.

"Okay I confess the keychain was in my pocket but amber was the one who made me do it even though I didn't want to but I didn't steal it dad you have to believe me!" Lindsey said as her dad doesn't believe her.

"I don't think I believe you Lindsey! But you are grounded for 5 weeks." Leo said as he told her to go to her room. Lindsey was in her room angry at amber. Amber was calling her and she answered.

"Hey Lindsey I really had fun today don't you think?"

"Fun! You call me getting into trouble and getting me grounded fun!?" Lindsey didn't think that was fun to her at all. Amber was starting to become a worst friend ever.

"Sheesh Lindsey! You're even a sore stupid loser than I thought! Look you don't need your little sister and you're cousins anymore but you do have a great friend like me to hang out with all the time! You're little sister and you're cousins are stupid losers! It's me or them!" Amber said over the phone as Lindsey was starting to get really angry like she felt like punching a hole in the wall.

"Are you serious? You're making me choose between you and my family right now! I'm sick of you pushing me around and getting me into trouble! At least my best friend Cassandra never treats me like that and you're the worst pathetic friend in the world and there is nothing wrong with my cousins and my little sister I know that they needed me and I know need them to I love them with all my heart and if you have a problem with it! Then back off!!" Lindsey yelled over the phone and hangs up. She heard a knock at the door she got up to go get it. She sees her parents and Zorra standing there.

"How much did y'all hear?" Lindsey asked them but they pretty much heard everything when she was talking to amber on the phone.

"Everything! I'm sorry I didn't believe you and I decided you're not grounded." Leo said as he hugged Lindsey and she hugged him back.

"It's okay dad I forgive you I'm just glad I stood up to amber! My friendship with her is totally over!"

"Yeah you definitely gave amber a piece of your mind big sis! She can't push you around anymore!" Zorra said as she pumps her fists in the air.

"We're really proud of you sweetie!" Lizzie said as she smiles at her daughter.

"Thanks mom!"

"Group hug!" Zorra shouted as they all did a group hug together as a family.
