*percy's p.o.v*
I drove my sword through gaeas heart and used the water to make sure she never waken by sending her in to the upper atmosphere where there is no earth for her to controll. But even though i had defeated gaea I was not without mu own injuries i had lost my right arm up to my shoulder and my left leg up to my knee was about to drop off, my body was also littered with deep gashes but i didnt notice them at all, all i could see was my friends and family lying dead piper and Jason were lying next to each other piper had two arrows in her chest and Jason had a spear going through his heart, Hazel and frank were burned to death by the hydra, Leo's neck was broken from being hit by a giant clypso's head practically decapitated, nico had died from inturnal injuries because he ovrr used his power, thalia was next to him with a datal injury to her stomach. What cause my mind to finalky break was the site of my wise girl just lying there with a sword in her chest with lifeless eyes. I couldn't cry, i couldn't speak picking up my sword using it to help me walk away, i was in shock i didn't even know where i was going i probably whould have walked further if apollo and dad hadn't of spotted me dad quickly ran over to me picking me up carefully bridal style in his arms. Apollo quickly healed me the best that he could suddenly i felt my left leg getting lighter it was then that i knew he had removed my left leg. As i slipped into unconscious i heard my dad say "Stay strong percy stay strong." And with those words i let the darkness concume me
I woke up but didn't open my eyes as i could hear voices i think it was apollo, dad and hephaestus. Dad was arguing with apollo who was in turn trying to calm down dad as hephaestus was moving me around gently it seemed like dad had calmed down and was agreeing with apollo and hephaestus. Suddenly there was two really sharp pinches in my arm and leg it was so painful, i screamed out in pain dad was suddenly by my side running his hand through my hair telling me that "It's going to be ok, it will all be over soon.
As the pain faded i relaxed and dad picked me up do he was sitting on the bed and i was lying in his arms sobbing quietly, apollo put his hand to my forehead and i calmed down at the touch but tears still ran down my face, Dad started rocking me back and forth humming gently this made me slip into sleep.

It was pitch black but then 9 balls of light appeared in front of me, then i realized who they were when their figures solidified i burst into tears at the sight of them annabeth ran over to me crying as well, they all had tears running down their faces."
