The bright sunlight streaming in through the open window jolted me awake. I slowly opened my eyes to find a beautiful woman sleeping peacefully beside me.

Her arms were wrapped around my waist, and my arm was placed beneath her head. I lowered my gaze and began to examine her features.

I lifted my free arm and began caressing her cheek, placing a strand of hair behind her ear.

Finally, she woke up.

"Good morning," I said with a smile.

She smiled as she gazed at me. "Well, hello there," she said in her raspy morning voice. "How's your cheek, does it still hurt?" she inquired.

I stared at her for a moment before a brilliant idea struck me. "Yes, I think it's very swollen, it really hurts." I whimpered.

Rarity rolled her eyes, well aware that I was lying. She stood up and tucked a strand of hair behind her ears. She leaned forward and kissed my cheeks.

"Better?" she asked.

"More, it still hurts," I said, widening my grin.

"Please," she said with a smile. She looked at me and began to lean in close to my face. Her soft lips eventually met mine.

I drew her closer to me by trailing my hands around her waist. She placed her palm above my cheeks as we continued to kiss passionately.

We were both startled when we heard a knock on the door. We both jumped in surprise and quickly let go of each other. Rarity got out of bed and began straightening her clothes. I pretended to be asleep because I didn't know what else to do.

Miss Twilight peered through the door as it swung open. "Good morning, Rarity," she said as she entered the room. "How's Applejack?" she inquired.

Rarity remained frozen. "I uh- she's still asleep," she said, a nervous tone in her voice.

"Alright, the others are already in the kitchen, and breakfast is ready, so I think you should wake her up now so we can all eat together," Miss Twilight said.

"S-sure, we'll be there in a minute," Rarity said with a smile. Miss Twilight returned Rarity's smile as she exited the room.

As soon as Miss Twilight shut the door, Rarity sighed deeply and sat on the edge of the bed.I opened one of my eyes and looked around. "Is she still here?" I inquired.

"She's gone."

I sat up on the bed and went over to Rarity, laughing as I rested my head on her thighs. "That was close," I said, smiling idiotically.

We started getting ready for school together. Sunset drove home to get us some new clothes because Miss Twilight doesn't have any spare ones. While we waited for Sunset, Rarity and I exited her room and went straight to the kitchen.

The delicious smell of pancakes cooked by Miss Twilight greeted us as we entered the room. I sat down at the table where Rainbow was already digging into her stacks of pancakes.
"Good morning, Applejack," Miss Twilight said as she approached me with a plate of pancakes. "How are you feeling?" she questioned.

"Better, thank you," I said, gratefully accepting the breakfast she had prepared.

Rarity approached the counter and grabbed a mug. She turned on the coffee maker and set the mug beneath it as the machine began to brew some coffee beans.

"How was your sleep, AJ?" asked Rainbow, who has an annoying smirk on her face.

I turned to face Rarity, who was already staring at me. I smiled as I returned Rainbow's gaze. "Amazing," I said simply as I bit into my pancakes.

Rainbow smiled as she ate her pancakes and chose not to speak any further. Rarity and I exchanged smiles and glances until Sunset returned with a large paper bag in her hand.

"Here you go," Sunset said as she handed me the large paper bag. "Once you two are done eating, go change. You guys stink." she joked as she sat across from me.

"Thanks, Mom." Rainbow Dash said.

Rarity took a sip of her coffee and sat beside me. "How's your trial with your client, Twilight?" she asked.

"His case is very complicated," Miss Twilight said as she set Rarity and Sunset's breakfast on the table. "Can you imagine, he has a scandal with his own student," she said as she sat beside Sunset, grabbing her own breakfast.

Rarity and I exchanged glances.

"That's weird; why would he date his own student?" Sunset enquired.

Miss Twilight bit into her pancakes. "I have no idea; these cases are common in our office, but it's really difficult to work on this when you're handling the case yourself," she said.

I noticed Rarity looking at her coffee. I can tell she became nervous and afraid after hearing about the similar incident we're having right now. I slowly moved my hand down the table and caressed her legs to reassure her that everything would be fine. Rainbow also cast a glance at me.

"I have a question," Rainbow said abruptly. "N-not that I know anyone, I'm just curious," she said, nervously smiling.

I gave Rainbow a 'what are you going to do?' look but she ignored me and returned her gaze to Miss Twilight.

"Sure, go ahead," Miss Twilight replied.

"What if the student and teacher met before they realized they went to the same school?" she wondered.

Miss Twilight reached for her coffee. "Is the student underage?" she inquired.

"Yes."

"Well, the teacher still committed a crime; he shouldn't have dated a minor," she explained.

"What if the student lied to the teacher about her age?"

"The teacher is still going to jail. That's how the law works, apparently."

After hearing what Miss Twilight said, Rarity stiffened. Unfortunately, all I can do is comfort her after bringing this trouble to her.

"Can't the teacher get out of jail?" Rainbow Dash inquired.

Miss Twilight paused for a moment before speaking. "There is a way for a teacher to avoid imprisonment-"

"What is it?" Rarity, Rainbow, and I all asked at the same time, causing Miss Twilight to pause.

"If the student is a minor, regardless of the situation, the teacher is still going to jail," she explained. "However, if the student is no longer a minor, the decision would be on the student's parents whether they will continue to file the case against the teacher."

"However, in my client's case, the student is still a minor, and her parents want to pursue the case, so no matter how hard I tried to defend him, even if the minor is also attempting to defend the teacher, he is still going to jail," she says.

"That sucks," Sunset said as she finished her pancakes.

"We should get going right now. We don't want to be late," Miss Twilight said as she stood up and placed her dishes in the sink.

Everyone quickly finished their meals and washed their dishes. Rainbow and I changed quickly and went outside to find everyone waiting for us.

I approached Rarity, who was leaning on her car, as Miss Twilight began to lock her house. She still has that nervous expression on her face, and she appears to be thinking about something very deep, which I assume has something to do with us.

"Are you okay...?" I asked, hoping for a response, but she ignored me. I could only sigh as I looked down at the ground.

Suddenly, Rarity abruptly spoke.

"AJ and I will go first, I need her to carry some stuff for me." Rarity said, looking at me. "You don't mind that, right?"

"Of course," I replied, a little perplexed.

Twilight cast a glance at Rarity. "Is that so?" she asked as she approached her own car. "All right, Rarity, see you later," she said.

"Do you also need our help, Miss Rarity Belle?" Sunset inquired.

"No, Aj is fine," Rarity said as she let me into her car. "I'll see you girls at school," she said as she climbed into the driver's seat.

Rarity began to drive down the streets as I sat there awkwardly.

"So-"

"Yes, Applejack, this whole relationship thing is stressing me out!" yelled Rarity. She began ranting about what Miss Twilight had just said, and all I could do was sit and listen. She eventually came to a halt, and I took the opportunity to speak.

"I'm sorry, Rarity; I'm the one who brought this problem to you," I said, my voice tinged with sadness. "I shouldn't have pushed this on you last night, and I can't help but feel guilty that only you will be punished for the problem I caused-"

"No," Rarity interrupted me. She quickly pulled over to the side of the road and shut her eyes. "What's done is done," she said after taking a deep breath, "We should forget about it and focus on what we can do to avoid it."

"So...you're not ending your relationship with me?" I questioned.

She looked at me and leaned back against the steering wheel. "No, Applejack. If I do that, you'll be stuck in my head twenty-four seven and it'll be annoying," she said.

I smiled and started laughing. "Is that so?" I asked, smiling.

"I hate you."

"Yeah, that's not true," I said, slowly approaching her hand. I looked at her and attempted to kiss her. But, to my surprise, she stopped me.

"We need to do something about this!" she exclaimed as she gently pushed me off her."What do you mean?" I asked, perplexed.

"We need some kind of condition or something," she explained.

"Could you be more specific?"

"I hate to say it, but we need to stop kissing and having sex in public, especially inside the school," she said, folding her arms.

"Wait, what?! Rarity-"

"Come on, Applejack, if you want this relationship to work, you have to cooperate with me," she said, taking my hands. "I also hate this, you know? I don't think I can last one day without hugging you or kissing you." she explained.

She sighed and leaned against my shoulders. "But it'll be much more difficult for me if I never see you again..."

I sighed and wrapped my arms around her. "I understand Rarity..." I began, kissing her on the forehead. "How long will I have to wait...?"

"Well..."

...

"THREE MONTHS!" I exclaimed, slamming my head against the table.

Rainbow looked at me, stunned. "She let you date her!?" she exclaimed.

"That's not the problem, Rein!" I began, my hands covering my face. "She said I couldn't hug or kiss her until I turned eighteen, which is in three months!"

Rainbow began to massage her temples. "Of course it's a problem, AJ; did you even realize how much trouble you two were getting into? Plus, you're a daughter of a billionaire!"

"Ughhhh!"

"You'll be the talk of the whole Equestria once everyone finds out that the soon-to-be owner of the world's most famous company has a scandal with a teacher."

"What I'm going to do!?"

"Well, since you two don't like to play it safe, I guess it's probably best if you listen to Miss Rarity Belle," she said as she ate her ham sandwich.

I sighed and flopped my head on the table again; Suddenly, I felt someone sit beside me, but I'm too lazy to lift my head to see who it was.

"Hey Applejack," Rara said.

I quickly averted my gaze. "Hey...uhm, what's up?" I asked.

"Well...I was wondering if perhaps we could finally go to the new coffee shop later after school?" she smiled.

I returned my gaze to Rara after looking at Rainbow. "Oh, right, I forgot-" I fidgeted my fingers. "S-sure, I'll see you after school," I said, nervously smiling.

Rara grinned. "Great, It's a date!" she exclaimed.

"Wait, wha?-"

"Bye, see you later!" she exclaimed as she ran out of the cafeteria. With a worried expression on my face, I returned Rainbow's gaze.

Rainbow let out a snort. "You need to do something about her. Your new girlfriend is going to be furious," she smirked, talking about Rarity.

Well, fuck me.
