8. getting back together

After the massive fight connor and y/n had they had been avoiding each other mainly y/n avoiding connor . When hank returned he was informed of what happened  he was shocked but tried to get y/n to talk to connor but she kept saying no over and over again.

Hank was worried for both connor and y/n , connor stopped laughing , doing his coin tricks  and talking  and he would always just look so sad , y/n on the other hand was heartbroken and falling apart having mental breakdowns , crying a lot, shutting people out the only person who she talks to is nine ...Hank couldn't watch them being like this anymore so he told connor that he needed to speak to her but he refused.

Connor's pov: 

It's been 2 weeks since y/n and I's argument  i feel so empty without her and what's worse she's always around nine . 

I was in my usual depressed state until hank said that i should talk to y/n i looked at him a shook my head no which caused him to to frown.

Hank: WHY TF NOT CONNOR?!

Connor: IT'S NOT THAT SIMPLE!

Hank: DO YOU REALLY LOVE HER ! NO BULLSHIT!

Connor: OF COURSE I FUCKING LOVE HER I'VE NEVER FELT LIKE THIS ABOUT ANYONE BEFORE!

At this point i was crying and hank saw that he came over and hugged me as i cried .

Hank looked me in the eyes

Hank: connor she's falling apart...look at her 

I turned around to see her walk over to nine  the minute she was  right in front of nine she broke down crying screaming in pure pain  tears started to  fall from my eyes as i watched the person i loved most in the world along with hank and sumo of course look so....broken.

this my fault... i caused this ...it's my fault she's hurting right now i thought

I noticed hank walk away and i noticed  nine walking up to me  oh great what does he want

Nine's POV: 

I saw y/n walk towards me  looking sad again  ever since connor broke her heart she's been so depressed it hurts to see her like this...

nine: y/n hun you alright?

i didn't even get a verbal response  the only i got was  y/n hugging me breaking down crying and letting out a scream full of pain luckily it's only me, hank , connor and her here not even captain fowler is here..Connor that's it !

after y/n went into the break room for a breather i stormed over to connor to speak with him .

He looked at me then went back to being depressed   i growled and yanked connor off his chair  causing him to push me back

Connor: THE HELL IS YOUR PROBLEM!

Nine: THE HELL IS MY PROBLEM!?  

Connor: YES YOU JUST DRAGGED ME OFF THE CHAIR  WHY!

Nine: TO TALK TO YOU!

Connor: ABOUT WHAT!?

Nine: ABOUT WHAT? ABOUT WHAT?! ABOUT Y/N YOU BLOODY RETARD!

he froze 

connor: what about her...

Nine: she needs you and you need her 

connor shook his head 

Nine: DON'T YOU CARE ABOUT HER!

that caused him to freeze and look at me 

Connor: OF COURSE I FUCKING CARE ABOUT HER!

Nine: THEN TALK TO HER !

Connor: SHE DOESN'T NEED ME!

i froze before getting even more cross 

Nine: YES SHE FUCKING DOES! SHE IS FALLING APART !  

connor: i-i...

Nine: if i were you i'd fight for my relationship but i'm not you 

after that i walked away from him

Connor's Pov:

As nine walked away  what he said  rang in my ears ...

"if i were you i'd fight for my relationship but i'm not you "

I stared at y/n for a bit  oh my sweet angel....please stop crying

I hated seeing her break down  i decided i would finally put a stop to this 

i decided to go into the break room at first i didn't see her but then i hear sobs coming from the corner of the room and what i saw brought tears to my own eyes there was my lover on the floor crying her eyes out she didn't notice me at first until i crouched down and cradled her as she cried.

After 3 hours of crying she finally looked up at me  .

y/n: c-connor....

i just hugged her as i cried and started saying sorry over and over again

connor: i'm so sorry baby i shouldn't have lashed out at like i did 

y/n: it's okay connor but why....?

i looked at her  before telling her why she started laughing which made me smile 

y/n: connor that was my  younger cousin shannon!

i just hid my face in her neck again 

y/n: guess were a couple again huh 

I lifted her chin up to look  at me and sealed our lips together smiling .

Me: god fcking dammit * crys* whyyyyyyyy

*markus , connor  and nine walk in*

markus: hey how's the - *see's me crying*

nine: hey you okay...

connor: what did you write ?

me: the reader and you getting back together but it's so sad 

*markus hugs me * 

markus: it's okay hun  

me: why must you make me cry connor?

*connor laughs*

connor: come here 

* i walk over to him and he hugs me and i cry again cuddling into him*

markus: this is the second time today she's cried

nine: indeed but look at that she's fallen asleep once again

connor: already ? *laughs*

*they all walk out of the room *
