Inside a cave lays a mat black creature with a vibrant stripe of orange-ish yellow, a mouth full of teeth strong enough to tear through tissue and destroy bones. but under the earth is something bigger, stronger and faster.
The creature wakes up to his friend Casey, a white hybrid, a mix of Carnotourus and Utahraptor. she growls in a playful way. "Where are we?" the creature asks Casey. "We've been transferred to a different universe. I've never seen anything like this, the trees are decomposing and the ground... the ground is softer than anything I've ever felt." Casey is a smart girl, but sometimes too smart
Indo shakes his head confused "I must've hit my head on something during the travel here." as Indo gets up Casey smiles up at him. Indo is a tall hybrid standing around 10 feet, usually walking on all fours so he's around the size of Casey. Indo stumbles trying to stand up straight, but he eventually gets up. "Knowing you we're probably in some crazy universe right now"
In the blink of an eye, the cave starts to cave in. Indo opens his mouth to tell Casey to run, but she's two steps ahead of him. He looks up to see her nearly half way out of the cave already, He grins. his teeth shining against the little light they have.
I love a good run out of a cave nearly dying every second. Can't I ever get a break. NO. Run now, think later.
The cave starts to fall. Casey reaches for Indo's arm to pull him out of the cave. She misses his arm and she hits a rock. the light in here is so dim, Indo won't have a problem getting out of here. DAMN. I missed again! I need to get out of here, but I can't leave Indo. DAMN IT, his life. or my chance of survival? I need to go, I can find a way to get him out later. Casey runs as fast as she possibly can wondering if she'll make it out of this cave alive.
a shining light catches her eye. It's Indo! he's smiling at death, facing the inevitable. He's crazy sometimes but that won't stop me from loving him. NO, stop thinking about that and run, he's faster than me and he'll escape faster than me. he'll be okay.
Indo starts the run. He runs slow at first. a rock falls in his path blocking the way out. Indo climbs above the rock and makes it through. "Not today, Death" he yells, adrenaline is pulsing through him, he rushes toward the exit. probably around 40 meters away from him. Indo passes by Casey. Indo can see her struggling to run, she's never run this far. Indo roars at her trying to get her to MOVE.
A rock falls from the side almost crushing Casey, Indo runs faster, his body cutting through air, the feel of near death is un-like any other. It's cold, it's exiting... It's near. a rock falls on his back. Casey makes a quick turn to Indo. the rock hit him with a loud cracking noise. Casey couldn't tell if the rock was the one cracking, or if it was Indo's spine.
Either way, Indo wouldn't make it out of here alive without her. It's just a few steps away. She pulls the unconscious Indoraptor toward the exit. The heat of the outside, and the feel of the wind is a great feeling after being taken to a different universe.
Just a couple more steps, 1, 2, 3, and we're out! It'd be much easier if Indo was conscious right now... I just need to pull. I watched the Scientists work on other creatures, but I didn't watch Indo, I don't know how he's faster, stronger and I don't know why he's this heavy. But all I know is I need to get stronger. If Indo was conscious he'd be disappointed in my strength. We're outside now but Indo is still hurt. I need to find shade, and I need to make sure Indo is still alive and breathing
