Like he got woken up from a bad sleep, Riki woke up with a headache and a sore neck. He opened his eyes and to his surprise, he see his room fully cleaned. He studied the room and to his right, there was a table that had a note and a few candies. The candies that were on top of the note were hindering Riki from being able to read the message, forcing him to sit upright in order to get a clearer view.
His legs felt like they weighed 10 Tons, so when he tried to sit upright, he immediately fell down. He groaned painfully and sighed, and then he finally sat up to take some of the candy. It was his favorite flavor, it was lemon. It reminded him of stuff TJ used to give him when he had a birthday, like that one time TJ opened a lemon juice stand and failed miserably, but it did make good memories.
The note said, "Get well soon, Riki! - Arlea" in dark red marker ink. It made Riki have some butterflies in his stomach until he looked at his door, which had Licht leaning on the side.
"Yo," Licht said, smiling a bit and then walking towards Riki.
"Wha-what happened to me? Did I just drop dead on the floor or something?" Riki asked Licht as he tried to stand up, but immediately fell back to the bed.
"Don't move, because somehow, your entire body is sore," Licht said.
Riki took a second to recognize Licht then he finally remembered the blue hair and eyes, but the beard was gone. Licht looked like a regular white buff man now, without the beard he's less intimidating but now he looks like a regular businessman trying to sell you some sketchy off-brand shoes.
"What're you looking at?" Licht asked, feeling uncomfortable in the seat that he took.
"Did-did you shave? Off-topic but having no beard suits you," Riki said to Licht.
Licht smiled, his smile looked like it radiated light.
"Yeah, somebody said I looked like a lumberjack," Licht laughed as he said that.
"Who'd have the balls to tell you that?" Riki laughed as he told Licht that.
"Makita does, he just told me that while he was playing some anime game," Licht said while he was styling his hair.
"Damn, anyway. What happened to me?" Riki asked Licht, worried about what had happened to him.
"You went insane for a few minutes until I arrived, I hacked you on the neck and you passed out then you puked on Arlea's floor. I have some pretty funny pictures on my phone, wanna see?" Licht said while he pulled something out.
"Oh god, why are you showing me this?" Riki said, gagging while laughing. Trying to shove Licht's phone out of his face.
After a few seconds of forcing Riki to see the disgusting photo, he finally saw it. It was Riki with puke next to his face, seemingly screaming while the table reminded him of something.
It was a circle of blood with a triangle in it. It looked like a pentagram but instead of a star, it's a triangle instead. Something about that Trialagram (let's just call it a Trialagram or a Trigram) made Riki's skin tingle, something ringing in his ears and it suddenly cleared up by Licht bonking him on the head.
"You okay? Are you going insane again?" Licht asked while he was lightly tapping Riki's cheeks.
"No-no, I'm fine. Also, could you explain how that made me sore everywhere in my body?" Riki asked, annoyed by how he can't move an inch of muscle.
