Filler Chapter

The three of them went to Cooter's to get the General Lee. When they pulled up to Cooter's, the sheriff sat there causing Dixie to glare. They hid beside the General as Bo was going crazy over what Cooter did to the car. Dixie tried to open the door before she slid in. "Let's go, boys."

Bo and Luke hoped in. Bo started it up and drove off causing her to laugh as they left the cops behind. Bo hit the horn causing her to smile. "Dixie, baby, we're never going to get out of this car."

Dixie laughed as she leaned forward and kissed his cheek. "Keep driving, baby."

They turned around causing them to laugh as they went by the sheriff who screamed at them. "Let's go to Atlanta."

Luke was sound asleep in the back as Dixie was against Bo's shoulder sleeping. "Dixie." He says. "Baby."

"Hmm." She says waking up.

"There's something I have been wanting to tell you from the moment we met." He says causing her to look at him. "The timing at the time wasn't perfect, but now, it is."

"We're in traffic, Bo."

"Well, it's perfect for this." He kissed her causing her to smile. Bo pulled back causing her to look at him. "I love you, Dixie."

"Really?" She asked. "Because I love you."

Luke looked between them. "Finally!" He says. "It took you two long enough."

"Shut up, Luke." Dixie tells him as she looked at Bo.

"I'm going to win that race Saturday. I got my BFF, Luke." Luke smiled a bit. "And my girlfriend." Dixie smiled at him. "It's my time."

"That it is, Bo." Dixie says leaning her head against his shoulder. "Wake me up when we get there, baby."

"You know I will or Katie will."

Dixie looked at him. "She's going to scream because we have been wanting to see each other, but haven't made plans." She tells him. "She was the one who encouraged me to come back to you. She knew that I missed you the most and that I needed to tell you everything."

"I will thank her." Bo says kissing her. "Get some more sleep, baby."

Dixie nodded as she laid her head against Bo's shoulder just to be on his chest as Bo put his arm around her. It's his time.
