Jackie woke up inside of what felt like a nightmare, and she was walking through a pitch black voidscape, the only thing with colour being a concrete path stretching on endlessly in 1 single direction. "Jacqueline Scarlet...." Jackie looked around, trying to figure out where the voice was coming from. "I have been waiting for you for a long time. Are you ready to embrace who you really are? Or are you going to cling to the light? Only time will tell...." Jackie came face to face with the same woman that she saw when she was being tortured. This time, she finally had the chance to get a proper look at her face.

"Hello, Jacqueline Scarlet." Jackie backed away from the woman, immediately figuring out who she was when she summoned a chain using one of her quirks. "You figured it out already? Well then. I will tell you who I really am. I am you. I am your future self. I am what you always have been to everyone that you love. Don't you remember what we did in Khaenri'ah?" The environment around them shifted until they were in Khaenri'ah. "Now then....Are you ready to listen to what I have to say, Jacqueline Scarlet?" The Red Menace smirked as she waited for Jackie to respond to her question. "Am I ready? I should be asking you that question....I will never accept you as my future." The Red Menace smirked at Jackie as she used one of her quirks to pull the past version of Makoto over to her and she put her hand on her face, keeping one finger off her face as she relished in Jackie's fear. "I am locked away in your subconscious. You just need a small push in the right direction...." The Red Menace let her finger rest on Makoto's face, causing her quirk to activate, and Makoto was turned to dust in front of Jackie. "Your rage is a powerful tool, Jacqueline Scarlet....It is a shame that you still refuse to use it! You have done so much for this world, and what have they done in return? They don't give you anything. All they do is take, take, take and take. Never giving you anything in return for your selfless actions. This world needs to change. WE need to change." Jackie roared at The Red Menace as she tossed a massive flaming spear at her, but she managed to dodge it with relative ease. "I see....You want to do this the hard way? That can be arranged...." The Red Menace smiled before she leaped into the air, using her quirks to summon a massive wave of liquid metal that began to chase Jackie across the dying nation of Khaenri'ah. It was at this moment when Jackie finally realised what The Red Menace really was. She was not just an evil version of her. She was All For One. The wave of liquid metal reached Jackie as it started to burn her alive as soon as it made contact with her body. Jackie closed her eyes as she seemed to allow her body to be swallowed by the rising waves of liquid metal. Red sighed as she watched Jackie seemingly die from the waves summoned by her metallurgy quirk. Suddenly Jackie leaped out of the waves, revealing that she transformed into a form that resembled a mixture of herself and All Might. Red stared at Jackie, confused as to how she managed to awaken her own version of One For All. "Impossible! You were supposed to inherit All For One! IT WAS FATED TO HAPPEN!" Jackie smirked at her evil variant, saying that she was stupid to think that fate would ever play a part in her life. "You should know this by now, Red. Fate can fuck off. I choose my own destiny!" Red growled before she used another quirk to shock Jackie with a massive current of electricity. This time, Jackie just shrugged it off before she hit Red with her fist, using one of All Might's moves to knock her out, and this ended what felt like a dream to her, and she woke up in her bed. She felt like something was missing though. "Rem. I need a drink." The variant of Rem left the room to make coffee for Jackie, hoping that it would be good enough to cheer her up. Jackie wondered why she felt so empty now. What did she lose in her battle against All For One? "One For All....You escaped from me again...." Jackie covered her mouth when she said this, realising that something must have happened to the instance of her who fought against The Red Menace, but a part of her was not interested in searching for something that cannot be retreived.
Harmony Swan stood outside of the Scarlet Devil Mansion with Xania by her side as she thought about the disappearance of her mother, and the collapse of the hero society. "It is like we walked into another trap laid by the PLF. I know that mother was taken by Himiko Pyre, but the real question is this. Where did she take her?" Xania did not respond. Instead, she was distracted by a ball of fire that was slowly making its way towards them. Eventually, it crashed in front of them, revealing a sleeping young girl with red hair curled up in a small crater. Xania and Harmony looked at each other, and then back at the girl. "Is that Jackie?...." Swan got closer to the girl, wanting to get a better look at them to figure out who they were. "She is another instance of the entity known as Lucette. You know what that means. My mother has been turned into a villain." Xania picked Lucette up, and the two of them took the girl inside so that she could be out of the cold winter weather. "You were not a part of Chaldea, so you might not understand why I know who she is, Xania. Lucette is what you would get if you split Jacqueline Scarlet into two pieces. We were lucky. Lucette is Jackie's good side. The part of Jackie that still remains with the Paranormal Liberation Front is her inner darkness. I do have to tell you one more thing about Lucette though. The split is permanent. Jacqueline Scarlet as we know her is gone forever." This revelation made Xania's heart sink. Her sister was gone. She was never going to come back to her again. It was all because of the Paranormal Liberation Front. It was at this moment where Xania told Harmony that she would make the PLF pay for what they did to her sister. If it was a war that the PLF wanted, then it was a war that they would get. This time their judgement would not come from The Red Menace. It would come from the Herscherr Of The Void.
