Suddenly Selina snapped back into reality. The teacher was calling her name.
"Selina! Selina!"
"O-oh y-yes?"
"Kids these days.. I was wondering if you knew the answer to this question?"
Selina didn't know the answer to the question. That's why she said no.
The teacher just sighed in disappointment and then went on with her lesson and asking someone else if they knew.
After school her mother came and picked Selina up. She looked sad. Selina got worried.
"What's wrong mom?"
Selina's mother started crying.
"Y-y-your great grandmother.. S-s-s-she passed away.."
Selina loved her great grandmother very much, even though she lived in a different country and she couldn't see her much. She really cared for her. And hearing that she passed away made her sad..
Selina's mother started driving somewhere. It wasn't to her house that was sure.
"W-where are we going mom.."
Selina said with tears in her eyes.
"Your great grandmother left some stuff for us."
"O-oh okay.."
Selina could barely talk from crying so much.
. . .
Selina arrived at a place. A building. Selina was quite unsure about where she was. But she didn't bother asking about it.
They went to a table where a man in suit was sitting. He had brown hair and eyes. He looked serious. Too serious. To be honest it was scary.
Selina and her mother sat down in front of this man.
Selina didn't want to be rude or anything so she just kept quiet.
"It seems your great grandmother left a will behind before she left. Let me read it out for you."
"Oh uhm okey..?"
The man sighed a little before reading the will. He started reading what my cousins would get and my aunts and uncles. But then came me. I was shocked. I didn't think my great grandmother would add me into her will.
"Then Selina, your great grandmother gave you a pen and she left a message for you "be careful with this pen it holds some serious power.." here you go."
The man took out the pen that my great grandmother left her. It was a bit strange for her to leave something like that but she didn't complain. At least she got something to remember her by..
