7. First Date
Sunday morning consisited of me helping my brothers and cousin unpack. They had went to sleep after putting the beds together.
A knock sounded at my connecting door. 'Come in Scotty' I said annoyed. I thought he was arrogant but he was some major eye candy.
'Hello I was wondering if you wanted to go to the movies with me Marrissa in about an hour.' I sat dumbfounded I was speechless.
'Sure what movie are you planning on seeing?' I asked unsure hoping he would not be cheesy and choose a chick flick.
'Which ever good action movie that is out. I do not do chick flicks. Ever.' I could not help it I giggled then smacked my hand to my mouth. I never giggle. What the hell is happening to me.
'Yeah that's cool neither do I. So if you excuse me I would like to get my clothes and take a shower.' Did I fail to mention our connecting doors happened to be both of our bathrooms? Yeah we are having to share so hopefully Scotty never walks in on me.
'Uh sure I will see you in about 40 minutes then so we can get there on time. They all start around the same time.' Before leaving the room I moved toward Marrissa and kissed her check. The blush that occured told me that I was not the only one feeling the bond.
Scotty's POV
I could not believe my girl said yes. I was so expecting a big fat no. She was going to be trouble though being so head strong and a Witch and shape shifter and possible werewolf she was one of a kind.
A diamond in a world of quartz. Werewolves would eventually come for her so would hunters. But I will be here to protect her. We were going to see fast 7. If it was still out in theaters. If not then I will let her choose.
'What has got you so chipper and smiling?' Asked my cousin Alesha. Alesha had grown close to Marrissa in the past 2 days.
'Marrissa agreed to go tgqe movies with me.' I replied and walked away whistling. I was chipper lol. Hopefully Daniel does not catch a glimpse of me cause I will never be able to live it down.
I went upstairs to my room and changed my clothes. A black button down collar shirt with a new pair of dark blue jeans. I waited patiently for Marrissa to get out of the bathroom so I could go spike my hair.
About 5 minutes later I hear her door open. Knowing she is out of the bathroom I go wet my hair and squeeze my hair gel in my hand. It is this new brand I am trying called Gorilla Snot (real brand does wanders if mowhawk is your choice hairstyle.)
Taking one last look in the mirror I go into my room grab my wallet and keys. I plan on us going out to dinner after the movie. I know most people do the dinner then the movie. I prefer the movie then the dinner.
I walked down the stairs into the garage where I got into my Lamborghini Gallardo. This was my dream car and for my 17 birthday my dad got it for me.
I did not notice what Marrissa had on at first but then I got smacked by her delicious smell and looked. I stared with my mouth open for at least 3 minutes. She was in a black knee length dree with a slit up the side with no back.
She most definitely did not buy this on her trip with my cousin Alesha. She also had on some 4 inch black flip flop heels.
'You look gorgeous. You really going to drive me insane with how sexy you look.' I could not help but growl. 'We better get going or I may just take us to my room.' My eyes growing dark as my wolf surfaces. "Easy Miguelito we do not want to scare our mate away." Feeling my eyes lighten back up to there normal color.
'Shall we go?' I asked hoping she would go for the take me to your room and mate me. Even though I know she would not say it I could hope.
We arrived at the theaters about 10 minutes later. I got out walked around the car and opened Marrissa's car door.
'Thank you Scotty Did not know you were such a gentleman.' I held her hand until we got into line for the tickets.
'How may tickets you need?' Asked the bored cashier.
'2 please.' I took the tickets and headed to the concession stand. Before that cashier could ask I ordered. I need 2 large popcorns, 2 large drinks, 8 king size Reeses, 4 king size Hersheys, 2 bags of m&ms, and 2 king size kit kats. That will do it.'
'Marrissa what kind of drink? ' Scotty looked towards Marrissa to see her shocked face at the order.
'Sprite please. That is a lot of candy Scotty.' Marrissa exclaimed.
'Want to make sure we have enough of everything mi corazon.' I took 40 dollars out of my wallet. 'Keep the change.' It was a little over 38 dollars.
We made our way to our theater. I was excited I have wanted to see this movie for a over a year. We sat in the 10 row from the front in the middle seats.
'So Marrissa what is your favorite color?'
'we going to play 20 questions while we wait?' Seeing Scotty nod his head I answered. 'Purple and green. My turn. Hmm what is your favorite movie?'
'Easy that would be the wizard of Oz.. my turn. Favorite food?'
'Hamburger and french fries. What is your favorite book?'
'I don't really have a favorite book. If I had to have one the original brothers Grimm fairytales.' Before another question could be asked the food was set on the table.
'Here is your food let me know if there is anything else I can get for you.' the waitress named Jill said in turning.
We ate in silence. Not to fast not to slow just ate normal. After about 15 minutes of eating I had finished and waited on Scotty to finish his food. Scotty laid a bill on the table and we got up and walked out.
'I hope you had a great time and would consider going out with me again next Saturday.' Scotty said anxiously.
'I actually had a great time and would love to go out next Saturday.' Said Marrissa as she got into the car.
They arrived back at the house about 20 minutes later. Scotty jumped out of the car and ran to open Marrissa's door.
'I really did have a great time Scotty.' Marrissa stood on tip toe and kissed Scotty on the lips softly. Turning quickly Marrissa ran into the house.
