   you shifted in your sleep and pulled the covers over you more and adjusted . It wasn't after a few minutes you were in a deep sleep and rolled Ghost . He groaned and felt heavy and felt like there was a heavy weight on him . He rubbed his eyes and slowly lifted his head to see you wrapped in your blanket right on top of him . He sighed and carefully rolled you off him and sat up out of the bunk . He got up quietly and look at his phone and saw that it was 8:30 . He walked to the bathroom and locked the door and took off his mask . He washed his face a bit and bushes his teeth and put on his tactical gear . He the fixed himself up and slid on his skull mask and went to walk out the bathroom but stopped and saw you at the door .
" morning spook ."
" mmm hi dad "
You said grogliy as you gently pushed his leg a bit so you could walk through and get to the bathroom .
" What are you doing so early ?"
He questioned.
" I gotta pee "
You said straight up .
He lightly laughed and soon left the bathroom so you could do your business and you brushed your teeth and did your morning routine .
You got out the bathroom and saw Ghost reading up on something with sitting quietly in his bunk .
" Dad, what's goin on ?"
" shepherd betrayed us . Same with graves ."
Your face went blank . Why would they do this , they were task force 141 brothers you thought.
Turns out shepherd and graves were in kahoot s and betrayed you and the task force and went haywire and sent the shadows after you . That's why on the last mission his men had shot at you.
" Are you ok ?"
He asked, noticing your concern and wondering .
" why the fuck would he do this ! They were in kahoot s the whole time I mean this is bullshit ."
You were confused and angry . Why would out of all people but your own captain.
" y/n language"
Ghost said in a gruff manner.
" listen y/n I know how this looks but we'll make it through . Me and you, including your uncles ."
You knew he meant well and in the end you guys would make it out but really now you didn't know what would happen because this was really just unpredicted . I mean Ghost has predicted some things but no one saw this coming .
" We gotta tell the others ."
You said harshly .
Ghost wraps one arm around you telling you that you would be okay and soon this would all be over .
" if it helps any better uh want breakfast ?"
He turned and looked down at you .
" yea ..."
You said quietly.
You soon remembered that you were working on your mask from last night and you took a good look at your fathers face .
" how come you keep staring like that at me ? "
He said and gave a quiet chuckle.
You got up and you put a finger on each side of his face and determined how the length and width would be.
" it's for something good just trust me"
You ran and got a paper and pencil and wrote down the size and put the paper in your pants pocket .
" alright but mind telling me what it is ?"
Ghost looked at you with curiosity and you gave a little smirk .
" nope can't do that . It's a surprise ok"
" well at least I have something to wonder about now "
He looked at you with crossed arms .
" get ready for today ok I'll be making ya breakfast."
" ok dad "
You gave him a hug making sure not to mess with any of his gear he had on and you walked out of his room and went to your own and got dressed into your gear . You strapped on your vest and put all your throwing knives in place and got ok your tactical pants and tied your boots .
You went to your bathroom and fixed up your hair and put on your black beanie . It wasn't long before you stepped out of your room making your way down the hallway into the hangout room as you called it . The smell of eggs filled the air and you saw ghost setting down two plates of eggs on the table .
" Spook foods ready ."
He turned his head and gestures for you to head to the table and you went over and sat at your plate .
" thank you "
You said as you began to eat .
He nodded and went over and took off his mask and ate with you . You rarely saw ghost without his mask but you didn't care because all you knew is that he cared and loved you to death .
He took off his mask because it was only you and him and plus the man's gotta eat some way or another .
" how the eggs ?"
He looked up at you from his plate .
" there good ."
You spoke softly while scooping your eggs up into your mouth .
You and him soon finished your meal and it was your turn to do the dishes so you got up and cleaned your dish and his and soon went to your desk to grab your unfinished work . The others woke up and got ready and they all went into the hangout room and saw you there quietly in your spot drawing and finishing up your sketch. They greeted you and ghost and soap noticed how it was coming along
" still not done huh ?"
Soap spoke while going next to you to see how it looked . The others joined around and watched as you drawed away .
" it's coming out really good."
Alejandro said as he patted you on the back.
They all got food and sat down doing their own thing in silence until ghost broke it .
" Guys I have gotten word that shepherds and graves were in cahoots ."

" if they wanna play dirty we can too but for the meantime we gotta hide out since there probably gonna be on our ass after that little stunt that graves pulled "
Price said while lighting his cigar .
" we can't just lie around and do nothing "
Gaz said .
" Well we can't go back out there knowing we're gonna get killed or captured ."
Soap chimes in .
" listen we'll find a plan soon and go over it but for now we stay here "

Ghost said sternly and coldly . It wasn't normal for ghosts to speak as much like this but this was important . Knowing that graves were gonna send shadows looking for you and task force 141 it was really unnerving and troubling . They tried to come up with a plan and they brought out a map on where you guys would head next .
