The hang overs and job searching for Marcus

I woke up and say Marcus next to me I have a very big ass headache and I get up to look for some pills and water. As I'm walking around Marcus wakes up "what you looking for?" He asked rubbing his eyes " something to take for this big as headache I've got. Wait how are u fine?" I ask as I sit down on the floor by the bed and look up and him " I can hide it especially on the streets cuz if u show pain or just look like your in pain they call u weak and all sorts of names" he said while looking at me dead in the eyes " wow I'm sorry dude that must have been shit for u" I say looking at the floor. We get up and walk out the room to head to Willie's room because I knkw everyone will be there after last night. We walk in and Billy is laying on the couch looking sad and almost everyone is half asleep and has a headache. I walk out the room and start walking Marcus follows me and says" where u going ?" " I'm going to get food, water and more pills, you wanna come with" I say while still walking, he looks back and then at me then back again then runs behind me " wow u take hours to decide where u wanna go" I say while giggling he just gives me a death stare. As we are walking out Chico stops us he looks Marcus up and down and says" what u doing with this rat princess " while still looking at Marcus " we are going to get food and water for our hang overs" I say making him look at me because I know he will start a fight with Marcus. He then takes out his wallet and hands me 200 bucks and says" OK be safe around him and can u please get me a coke and some chips" while giving me the money " of course I will see u later Chico" say and put the money away and we start walking again" He just said please I did not know he could do that" he says while looking back at Chico " yeh he's nice to me not to u cuz well Maria she made your name ass around here" I say and open the door for us to walk out to the streets. We get to a shop and I get everything even Chico's stuff we start walking and the sun hits my eyes and I'm head hurts even more then before but we get back to the school and walk in to Willie's room and everyone is awake yet look like they are half asleep I put the snacks down with the waters and pills everyone gets up as fast as possible and grabs a water I quickly grab Chico's stuff and walk to his room by myself I told Marcus to stay with the others because I know Chico will start a fight he Marcus walks in to his room. I knock on the door and open it Chico is at his desk doing nothing I put his stuff down for him and his change " ah thank u" but as he says that he sees the money and gives it back to me, I look at him confused to why he's giving me money "it's your left over money Chico" I say while pushing his hand back he takes my hand and turns it over and opens it and puts the money in.

Marcus pov

What's taking her so long maybe his room is very far away but I don't really like that guy a few more minutes go by and she walks in to the room and sits down next to me. I give her a look askingbif she's ok, she just smiles and gets the chips in front of her and watches TV with us. Half of the time I was looking at her because her smile was so pretty and I could never stop looking but I had to look away in case she saw me looking which I think she did a few times.

Y/n pov

I saw in the coner of my eye Marcus looking at me but I just continued smiling and watching the movie after a few times of him looking I looked at him and quickly looked away I just giggled.

A few hours go by and I get up and walk to my room to get changed and shower after I've done my things I walk out my room and start to walk out the school so I can go get somethings and snacks because I need to re stock my room for my midnight snacks as I'm walking I look up and see the tower me and Marcus were last night after the party. I smile at myself and continue walking to another shop to get some other stuff, when I'm dine I walk back to the school and put everything in my room and walk out again to go to work ofc to make money so I don't have to eat the school's food cuz it's really bad. I walk to work, I work at a music shop with Willie but he works closing shift bit some days we do have the same times anyway I get there and see Willie and Marcus I go up to them and say" hey guys what u guys doing here" confused "oh I'm helping Marcus get a job for some new clothes and decided food" Willie says while leaning against the table waiting for our boss " okay well have fun I guess I don't know I'm going work now" I say as I'm walking behind the counter to the back. I do what I have to and start helping people, Marcus and Willie are busy talking to the boss and so far everything is looking good, as I'm busy helping a customer Marcus comes up to me and says " I got the job I start tomorrow with u" I turn around and say " wait really u got the job I'm so glade" and hug him " so I get to help u tomorrow when u come in for work" I say " yup but I think I can do it juts maybe need a little help now and then" he says while rubbing the back of his neck I laugh and continue to work Marcus waits for me to finish my work so he can walk back with me. Once I'm done I I got to the back and get my things and we start walking back to the school by now it's 3:07pm and Willie only stars work at 5pm cuz closing time is 8pm( I know it's weird for a work to close at 8pm by I'm making it up as I go along) but cuz it's Saturday he has to start at 4pm and close up at 6pm. Me and Marcus got back at school and we went to my room and I packed my stuff away from when I went shopping early that day " hey do u wann continue watching the movie from last night before u fell asleep cuddling me" Marcus asks with a smirk on his face I turn bright red and looks away " um... yeh w-why nn-not" I say while stuttering still packing my stuff away. I get on the bed and Marcus is by the wall next to me we have the laptop next to us I had some popcorn so I went an dmade it in the kitchen of the cafeteria and came back we were sharing the popcorn cuz I couldn't find another bowl. I was grabbing some popcorn and then Marcus did the same but he grabbed my hand in stead we both just looked at each other and I was turning full red like a tomato and I saw his face was going red too. We continued to watch and everything was going ok then it started to get late so Marcus left to head to his room I said goodnight and started watching another movie but about 30 minutes in to the movie I fell asleep.
