7: Raised Heartbeats

"does prof. Jeon give a lot of detention to you?", hyunjin questions.

"hmm...yes"

"Aishh... He shouldn't do like that. You are such a good student. I never found any mistakes by your side", Prof. Hwang says making you go soft for him. You smile at him before saying, "Professor I wanna ask you something"

"oh sure go ahead"

"Sir can you explain me the ending of Macbeth? I've been reading the book since a year and I'm still confused", you say pouting at end cutely.
"That's all?", he says.
"Hmm... When are you free to explain to me professor?"
"Don't worry I'll explain you that after dispersal at library... and I'll also ask Prof. Jeon to lessen your detentions & punishments", he blinks his eyes at you sweetly.

"Thank you so much", you chimed as he added "Go take your seat". You nod and obey him.

"I'm sorry to take 2 lectures in a day. I hope you guys don't get bored learning literature. ", he says while rolling his sleeves a bit and later cleaning the white board.

"Not at all! ", you beamed with happiness having a new teacher who is pretty and understanding, feeling a bit embarrassed for doing this you looked at him and he shoned his pretty smile at you which made you comfortable. You sit down slowly.

"Alright let's start then where we stopped last class", he picks the marker and writes the chapter name.
"I'm bored... ", you hear your friend saying beside your desk. Ruby starts gossiping with you which annoyed you.
"Listen to Mr. Hyunjin Ruby", you mummer. She rolls her eyes and keeps her head down trying to take a nap in the class. You get off your place and move to the first bench.
Hyunjin smiles seeing you settling in front bench and you smile back.

Y/n's POV
He starts reading the poem and explaining it beautifully.

Ahh.. He looks like an angel in this white shirt.

"This is poem is actually more beautiful than I expected Professor", I said to him as he keeps his book and runs his fingers through his long hairs. Hearing me he smiles. And the bell ring.

"Thank you, may I know your name dear?", he interrogated.

I see the students leaving the classroom to go back home while this angel stands in front of my desk looking at me. I'll faint.

"Y/n", I say with all my confidence.

Why am I blushing so much?

"So Y/n-ssi do you wanna eat something before moving to library? Hm? You might be hungry, I guess.", he questioned.

"Can we get strawberry milkshake from the cafeteria?", I requested him. He agrees and I stand ready to get my back pack.

I tip toes to Ruby who was still asleep I sprinkle some water over her head from her bottle and giggle hearing her wake up cursing.
"Did the class get over?", I nod at her questions.
"Yes! Finally we can go home together", she exclaimed.
"I'm going to the library with Professor Hyunjin", I say and her excitement fades away. She collects herself and pick her bag as I do the same. "It's been so long since we went home together". She pouts while saying.

"I'm sorry today is the last you go ok?", I comfort her and she leaves after a hug.

Time skip ; Y/n's POV

"Wait I'll get the novel. It must be some where here.", professor says leaving, the seat is now empty beside me. The library was almost empty today because semesters are still a few months away. I sip the drink that professor paid for.

I did told him not to pay for it but he is so sweet, he responded me back saying it's a treat for a good student.

"I found it", he says returning back from between the giant book shelves.
