"I'm proposing to Alex tonight" T.k said to his father as they are on a call to save a guy from a car accident.
"How about you ask him to move in instead" his dad Owen says as T.k just rolls his eyes as a reply
"let'get the job done son" Owen says to T.k handing him some tools. Thankfully they got him out alive.
At The Restaurant:
T.k is waiting for Alex to show up but he's been waiting for past 30 minutes and theres no sign of him. Finally after 15 minutes he arrived and T.k got up and kissed him on the cheek.
"I have something I need to tell you" T.k said to Alex looking at him straight in the eye
"I do to" Alex said to T.k Nervously
"Ok let me go first" T.k said smiling from ear to ear
"Alex will yo-" T.k got interrupted by Alex saying "T.k I'm in love with someone else" T.k just looked at him with shock and pain
"It's my trainer" Alex said looking for a reaction from T.k
"T.k I'm sorry, if it's ok with you we can still be friends" Alex said trying to reason with him but T.k just got up and left the restaurant and went home.
T.k cried himself to sleep that night thinking he was the problem and that he wasn't good enough.
T.k's POV:
I haven't touched a pill in months but today felt like a exception, it feels like my world is caving in and just one pill will take that pain away, but that one pill turned into many and every thing went black and the next thing I know is waking up on the floor and the crew is here and my dad is here
"Dad" I say crying and attempting to hug him
"It's ok son I'm here" he says worried.
After a few hours my dad comes to my house and drags me to the pier to talk
"He's in love with some one else dad, that's why he's been acting weird towards me" I say looking down
"So you tried to kill yourself"
"No, I haven't touched a pill in months, I guess I needed a break" I say looking at the water with tears in my eyes
"Pack your things tonight we're leaving tomorrow" my said with a strait face
"I don't need a vacation dad" I say directly to him
"It's not a vacation,and you are going to therapy for the first 2 weeks with the therapist of my choice " My dad said calmly
In Texas: "Do I really have to live with my dad for the rest of my life" I say with an annoyed tone
"No, It's just for me to keep you alive" my dad said as i roll my eyes in response.
We are now at the new fire station the 126 to find firefighters for our station luckily we found multiple good firefighters but four of them stood out the most Judd Ryder, Marjan Marwani, Paul Strickland, and Mateo Chavez.
We just got our first call as a fire station, it's a car accident, PD is there already on scene.
"pretty impressive guy" one of the police officers said to me, and i gotta admit he's hot
"He's my dad" I say with a smile as I watch my dad save the person in the car.
It's now after my shift and I'm at the bar with the crew of course I'm not drinking because I'm a recovering addict and I don't wanna get addicted to substances again.
