NK came to hospital after refreshing in his room but before he left Shantivan, he went to take food box packed by OP for Arnav. The member of the family did not see him going to kitchen so they thought that NK is in his room and stated to criticise the situation. "They again started criticising people, they don't have any work or what," thought NK but when he heard Khushi, he understood that they are not talking about some outsiders but talking about Khushiji. What he did not understand is that in front of everyone especially before Nannav, they never say a word against anyone and create themselves as most selfless persons in the world, but when they are alone they do not leave even family, no not family but khushiji and nannav, why? Thought NK. He couldn't hear any more so, he made his presence in kitchen known to them which made them shut their mouths immediately and made some pity comments like how they are sad about the said situation and all, to portrait them as selfless persons.

When NK came out of the kitchen saw them all in the living room and came to them and said "Naniji, OP packed food and clothes for nannav, so I am going to hospital". "OK NK, be careful and take care of Arnav bitwa." said Naniji.

"NK tell Chote to take his medicines on time and don't leave him alone," said Anjali. "OK Di, don't worry," said NK and left from there not before giving a glance to all the family members, all are shown their concern about nannav and not for khushiji who is in the hospital, such a fake people thought NK

When NK reached hospital receptionist told him to go to private ward as Mrs. Raizada shifted there. When he was near the ward NK heard HP voice telling him how the family member were treating Khushi and Mohan telling about the schedule of the ladies of Raizada family and about him and Akash.

NK did not mind Arnav asking his details and schedule, he was happy because Arnav is asking about how the family is treating Khushi and the indifference in the house.

After HP and Mohan left, he entered the ward to see that Arnav and his PA Aman are in deep thoughts.

Arnav saw NK entering the ward and took the bag went to fresh up, so he could think fresh and remove the dirt from his body and clear his mind.

After Arnav and Aman had the food bought by NK, Aman shared the food on insistence of Arnav, the trio sat in silence. NK couldn't hold himself any more and told him what he heard before entering the ward and to his surprise Arnav just said a single word ok as if its not a big deal and then told him what the family were doing behind his back as far as he could see during his stay.

"Nannav, what I don't understand is why mamaji, and Akash didn't say a word when they are berating khushiji, and instead I saw irritation in their eyes. And Payal Bhabhi, she is her sister and didn't even said a word to defend her instead..." Said NK with anger emitting from his eyes and body language.

"NK, Akash might be irritated because they are giving importance to Khushi even in such a state and talking about her, even if it is negative and mamaji, I don't know I am waiting for the background check," said Arnav. "why are you not asking me why I am checking your background as well as others, NK?" asked Arnav out of curiosity.

"That's ok nannav, I don't mind and about the family, if it was not for khushiji you would have never done that even when you were in her place, you would just brush it off. Isn't that what you were doing all these years, you very well know that naniji, mamaji, and mamiji always treated you differently when compared to Di and akash bhai, you were always ill-treated, but you never questioned them and you know they were misusing your hard earned money but never done anything thought that since they gave you shelter and food in your plate you let them do that, but now I am happy if not for you, you are doing it for khushiji, this shows how much you love her." Said NK
