Shinobu stood there smilling but they all could sense the anger beneath that smile. Akaza watching the situation was wondering if he should help this human woman or not. As quick as light Shinobu was infront of douma ready to stab him to infect him with poison. Right in that very moment giyu was wondering whether he would break the rules again to help a friend or do his job and let shinobu rest at peace,

Giyu has lost to many people he has cared about because he could never protect them. Just then something snapped.

Giyu stepped infront of douma and blocked shinobu's sword with his own.

Shinobu jumped back, ara ara tomioka-San your not considering in breaking the rules again. Nezuko never harmed anyone and she is a normal demon and yet this bastard is an uppermoon and has taken may lives. Shinobu said smilling.

Giyu didn't respond to her question and just stood there watching kocho.

Akaza was watching he was annoyed shinobu was unable to land a hit on douma because some comrade of hers has decided to protect him.

I'm sure douma munipulated that hashira I should help that girl if she starts to lose judging by her size she won't have the arm strength to cut his head.

Shinobu was already behind douma ready to land another attack douma turned around swiftly but was pierced in the eye douma realized shinobu was a poison user.

Shinobu tried to attack again but douma blocked her. Shinobu then went up to giyu and tranqulized him.
Giyu fell unconscious just then both akaza and douma realized the sun had started to rise.

Akaza ran quickly but leaved a message for shinobu before he left. douma also fled behind akaza (they both had a mission together so they hid in the same area muzan had assigned them to hide) shinobu was mad she wasnt able to get her revenge today. Then shinobu noticed a paper it reads

"hello miss kocho I see your determination to kill douma so I shall be helping as much as I can. I can tell your very angry pls work on your poison it it not strong enough

Shinobu was surprised a demon wanted to help her but she was grateful, shinobu didn't know why she trusted this demon she felt no harm from him and he seemed genuinely. Soon the kakushi came and took giyu back to the butterfly estate.

When giyuu awoke he realized he was in the butterfly estate he heard a very unforgetful vocie saying "moshi moshi, konichiwa tomioka-San how was your sleep?" the one and only shinobu kocho was beside his bed smilling her sweet but fake smile.

Kocho what happend? Giyu asked turns out shinobu had also made sure tomioka wouldn't remember anything she didnt want him to interfere.

Shinobu calmly responded, nothing happend tomioka-San u were injured during the mission.✨

I see thank you kocho, how did the mission go?

The demons retreated since the sun was coming up.

Okay. Tomioka suddenly remembered something........ A pair of golden fans and rainbow eyes.

Giyu didn't speak since he was confused of the situation but he knew kocho did something to him.

It took 2 weeks for the affects of the
tranqulizer wore off.

Ever since then kocho was busy in her lab creating stronger poisons the hashiras were curious considering her poisons are already strong.
All expect giyu.

He remembered enough to know his encounter with uppermoon 2 and how they became friends.

Since giyu already knew how much kocho wanted revenge more then shiniziguwa-san for kanaes sake he knew didn't bother asking why shinobu is always in her lab.

Giyu still is comfused he doesn't know if he should stay friends with douma or kill him while he has the chance.

He has already broken the rules for tanjiro and his sister and they disliked him even more for that action so would happen if he stayed friends with douma

Then giyu realized it was......... Death
Giyu has always wished he would switch places with his sister or sabito he should've been the one to die not them..... Giyu then remembered about tanjiro and nezuko, he overheard one time how they thought of giyu as a father figure mostly tanjiro was speaking though.

Leaving tanjiro would make giyu think even more about it.

Giyu decided to think about it tommorow so he went to back to his estate and went to bed.
