When the end of my first day finally rolls round I'm so tired and ready to go home. As I'm walking out the front door I pass a poster that says "Cheerleader Tryouts today". I look at the poster studying it and wonder what it would be like to be thrown around in the air in a cute outfit, probs a bit different to gymnastics, but hey I'm always up for a challenge, plus I highly doubt this cheer-leading team will be as boring and amateur as the one at my old school, which I didn't bother trying out for because I knew it would practically be social suicide. I head to the oval where the tryouts are being held, making sure to stop by the girls locker room to change into my gym clothes, which consist of a pair of black Nike shorts, fluro, tangerine coloured tank top and a cute pair of black and fluro tangerine Nikes. I pull my long, brown, straightened hair up into a cute, preppy ponytail and continue my walk to the oval. As I'm walking over to the group of girls waiting to tryout I realise that my shoelace has come loose. I bend over to tie it up when I'm suddenly wacked across the side of my head by a random flying object. "Heads!" someone calls out, as I see that the random object was a soccer ball. I look up to see where it came from and notice the familiar face of the guy jogging towards me."I'm SO sorry, I swear I didn't mean to hit you, plus I did call out heads, but then again I guess it was a bit too late for that hey" Eric says smile nervously at me revealing his gorgeous dimples. "Ha, yeah, just a bit late, but hey don't worry about it I'm use to get taking out by things, like doors, chairs, and now soccer balls, and now that I think about it, your the one who has hit me with each of those three things" I say sarcastically with a smile on my face. Eric chuckles and then I notice hi looking me up and down, and if I'm not mistaken, that often means that they're checking you out. (YAY!!!!!!!! HE JUST CHECKED ME OUT!!!!!!!!) I chuckle as well and then also admire how HOT he looks in his gym gear (LITERALLY MELTING ON THE INSIDE RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!) "So are you trying out for cheer-leading right now, coz I kinda didn't have you pegged for a cheerleader at all, I mean you have the body for it but still I can't picture you jumping up and down squealing," he says with a cheeky grin. "Excuse me I'll have you know that it takes a LOT of talent and hard work to be a cheerleader and how do you not know that jumping up and down squealing isn't something I do on a regular basis," I tell him "and if you don't mind I kinda gotta go, but I'll see you later, bye," and with that I whirl around and sashay off, leaving Eric staring after me in wonder.
