"The fateful night that began After the crash." Chapter 2.

Basil's POV

I ran.
I ran faster then I could at P.E. I almost tripped but kept running. I wanted to make sure my best friend was okay. I couldn't breathe when I got to him.
"Sunny.. your bleeding." I said. Kel ran up to us and said "holy smokes."
Blossom was with harmony, who was also bleeding.
"How many fingers am I holding up?" Kel said, holding 3 of his fingers up.
"....three.." sunny mumbled. "See? He's fine." Kel said and kissed my cheek.
That's when sunny spitted out blood on kel's shirt, some splattered on my shoes. That happened with
Blossom and harmony but it got on her shoes that she normally wears.
Sunny turned out to be fine, Harmony was fine too, but paramedics was called anyway. Kel grabbed my hand and we both walked out of the forest, near the bus . That's when sheriff Ludwig walked up to us. "Mind telling me what happened?" He said. I looked at kel and he looked back at me. "I don't know. It was an accident." I said. "Was the car pursuing you?" He asked. "It was driving behind our bus. Does that count as pursuing us?" Kel said. "Well if anything comes to you, you can call me." He said, giving both of us his number. He added, "also Elijah Hamilton saw you with the cooler, so you might have been goofing off and things got out of hand, and also the bus driver said that someone opened the emergency exit." And walked off. Elijah, harmony's apparent 'boyfriend' strides over to me, angry. "My car is ruined because of you." He said angrily. "Oh well, mommy will buy you a new one! Should've thought before you took my best friend with you." I retailed. Ludwig looked over at us, Elijah notices and hugged me and said into my ear, "I'm gonna kill you all. Fucking shitheads." I shoved him off as soon as ludwig turned back around. and said "leave me alone, you preppy peice of-" I began to say, but kel says "Elijah just leave us alone, you bubble brain." Elijah backed away and walked away. I calmed down and looked at my boyfriend, kel. I smiled at him softly. I went on the tips on my toes and gave him a small peck on his lips.

I had been in bed for a long time. Mila came in and pulled the blanket off of me.
"What was that for?.." I said, sleepily. I snatched the blanket. "You better get up before Lindsay murders YOU!" She retailed. "She got a call from work from the POLICE STATION, saying that you were involved with a crash last night!" She informed me. "Fine..." i grumbled. I hopped out of bed as mila stormed out of my room. I grabbed out a shirt and pants. I walked over to the bathroom and hopped in the shower.
A hour passed after I got out the shower and into the clothes. I put my dirty clothes in the laundry basket. I walked into the living room, a knock catches my attention. as I walk towards the door confused, as I open the door, no one was there. "Huh? I could've sworn I heard a knock..." I said, confused as hell. I close the door and walk back to the kitchen to clean up the mess blossom left trying to make toast. "What a fucking idiot."  I grumbled, As I clean up the mess in the kitchen another knock on the door happens, as I storm towards the door, irritated as hell. I fling the door open. What a fucking mistake. In the driveway was a copycat of the mall basher. "So mature of you Elijah!! playing pretty princess dress up." I said in a annoyed tone. I turn around and slammed the door shut. "Gosh I hate these lakevalleyers. They ick my soul." Blossom said out of nowhere, It caught me off guard and I jumped and screamed. "WHAT THE FUCK? WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?" I said, startled. Another knock is banged on the door, and I was already pissed off. I went to my room and grabbed the bat that mila used to have, and stormed out and went towards the door. as I open the door, I get ready to strike the person at the door. "BASIL WHAT THE-" kel yelled, then BAM! "oh shit..." I whispered. "uh oops?" Aubrey said, looking at kel on the floor, dazed the fuck out. Kel sits up and rubs his head. " What was the for !" Kel said in a pouty tone. "I didn't mean to, I thought you were Elijah !" I said, panicking a little. While I was at the door tending to my injured boyfriend, blossom decides to bake another loaf of bread but she forgets it was in the oven for too long. "AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! WHAT THE FUCK ITS ON FIRE!! HELP ME WHAT THE FUCK ITS BURNING HELP!!!! HELP WERE GONNA DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" blossom screamed at the top of her lungs, running around the house. "What a fucking idiot." Me and Aubrey said in sync. As we put out the fire, we throw away her ingredients to make bread, because she's not doing that bullshit again.

Time skip 🦶🏼

Blossoms POV.
"I can't believe they threw away my ingredients, assholes." I grumbled as I was crossing my arms and pouting, while sitting on the couch. Aubrey brought the kids she was babysitting with her cause her mom was drunk as hell and she feared that her mother would do something to them. She poured random medications on the table. "sort these out and don't eat any of them or you will fucking die, got it?" Aubrey said in a sweet tone, smiling. "Oh..." said kel " What? I'm just saying I don't think they wanna die, yet." Aubrey said "YOU DON'T SAY THAT TO KIDS AUBREY. THEY ARE 7!!!!" Kel yelled at her. "they will be fine." Aubrey said, rolling her eyes. The kids started sorting out the medication cause Aubrey said earlier before they came to our house, that she will let them have all the ice cream they want. Suddenly the phone ringed. Kel ran up to it and picked it up. "This is the fey's residence!" He said. I knew what the call was about after he hung up the phone. "basil and mila we have to go to the emergency room because grandma's condition got worse." I said, panicking. basil jumps to their feet and gets their shoes on. "I'll drive." I said. "Fuck no." Mila and basil said, looking at me like i had 3 heads.  "I'll drive you guys th-" Aubrey began. But she was cut off by a sound of glass shattering. Kel and basil looked at each other, then looked back at Aubrey. She gave basil their bat, and basil slowly walked to our grandmothers room, since that's where the sound came from. They got to the door to her room, and slowly opened the door. There they was, someone, guilty as fuck. They were in the room, with glass everywhere. I stared at basil as they peeked into the room. They looked  at me, then back at them and went inside the room. I followed them and...
Nobody was there. Basil looked at Aubrey, who was in the doorway. "Get the kids the fuck out of here now." They told her. We hurled the kids into the car and we drive down to Mikhael's house.

Small skip to where they got out the car.

Basil's POV.

I was waiting for the conversation at The maverick's door to end, which seemed endless. I looked at my boyfriend, who was still pretty dizzy after the blow that happened earlier. I grabbed his arm so he could try to steady himself. "Sorry about earlier." I apologized. "It's fine-" He said, I let go of his arm and placed my hand on his cheek. "Does your head still hurt?" I asked. "It still hurts a bit." He answered. I placed my other hand on his other cheek. I leaned In and gave him a kiss, then I hugged him. "I love you kel." I said in his ear. I felt his face heat up and so did mine. "I love you too." He said back. I heard the door shut and Aubrey yelled "HEY LOVEBIRDS! MIKHAEL FINALLY AGREED TO TAKE THE KIDS!" She walked over to us and asks "what are y'all doing?" She raised an eye brow. I stopped hugging him when she asked that. "Never-minddd, wait a second.. is that Mari and hero?" She said, pointed down the street opposite from us. They both were coming towards us. Mari said, "hey guys!" She beamed. "I got a call from the hospital about sunny, he seems to be alright." She said. "Mom is mad at you kel." Hero said. "She just got a call from the police station a few hours ago. They said you got involved with a crash that happened last night." He added. "Oh no." Said kel. "Hey isn't that the guy who broke into your house?" Aubrey said, pointing to far off of Sunny's house. "Get in the car. Now." I said sharply, hurling everyone in the car. Aubrey floored the car straight to the hospital. "Aubrey slow the fuck down!" Mila and blossom said. "It's too crammed here.." I said. I had to sit in the back, which was more crowded then a closet. It got so crammed that I had to sit on the car floor, holding on to someone that was near. Kel was near me so I held on to him. I held on to him tightly, trying not to get hurled up into the air each time there was a bump or a sharp turn. As soon as we got there we were the last ones to leave. I leaned on to kel, I was very, very dizzy since the car was going really fast. "Ugh...I don't feel very well.." I said, dizzy as hell. "do you want me to carry you basil??" Kel said jokingly. "Sure." I answered back still dizzy. There was awkward silence between us.

Two minutes later he was carrying me on his back into the hospital, the others was waiting for us. Kel let me down onto the floor, I steadied myself. I walked up to the front desk and rang the bell. The lady at the front desk took out a clipboard and placed it on the counter. "Fill this out and sit." She said. "We need to see two patients." Aubrey said. "Visiting hours ends at nine." She said.
