My First Diary [Skephalo]

Old Memories

Fifth grade, the last year of elementary. Which means I'm bigger, And I'm stronger, wich means my fire was too, well I couldn't control, my brain kinda got smashed in, which caused it to be less control but since I'm older it kind of showed up a lot less. But it's more of a self-defense thing, if anything like my friends get hurt by someone my fire usually protects them. George, was exited, "One month till we're in 6th grade, than we get to act like animals in the other school."
"Sick, man I'm waiting for the day we get lockers and not cubbyholes."
The bell rings we start walking to the library, like every Wednesday. "How many days is that, George?"
"24 Days, the 25 is the last day of school."
"Ugh, I can't wait that long!"
George laughs.
"Sapnap! Wait up!" We hear a voice behind us. Its May, she has grown just as much as us, she was concerned the 'prettiest girl in the grade' George hated the idea of her being friends with us, she attracts guys, and she clings to me, that doesn't mix. I get bullied for her, I don't mind it, though, George does.
"Are you okay?"  I ask May, shes out of breath, "Oh, yeah, you almost left me!"
"Well you're here now." George points out. "Yeah, were going to the library right?"
"Like always." George answers
May holds my hand and laughs at Georges sarcastic remarks and answers.
Me and George look at each other I'm way taller than him, of course, we make eye contact, his eyes soft and sweet. He smiles at me, "So are you two like a thing, or are your hands cold, May?"
"Oh, you're so silly, George, we're just friends! If you're so jealous of Sapnap, you could hold my hand too." May seems like shes asking, but she goes ahead and takes his hand. I could tell he was trying to make a joke of me, it didn't work for him, obviously. At the library May sat across from me and George at a rectangular table with only four seats, she sat on my side. She was very touchy and I felt like she was flirting. George had finally made his joke of me. May moved the chair next to me and tried to help with some assignments. "I got it, thanks, May"
"Do you need help George?"
The went over and help him after words, Dad was out side of the library, with Skeppy we walked out, George caring May's stuff, because she was clinging to me. She smiled and waved to Dad and Skeppy, George handed her, her stuff and me and George got in the car,"Sap, way don't we give your other friend a ride as well?"
I breath out, open the door,"May, you want a ride?"
"Oh, thank you, Sapnap! I'd love a ride!" I move to the middle of the back set. May gets in and immediately, Skeppy opens his stupid mouth, "So Sapnap, is that your girlfriend?"
I smile, clenching my jaw.
"Oh, me and Sapnap are just friends, though, he did ask me out once." She giggles. She's referring to the time I asked her to go to the library with us, and now she's came ever since.
"Oh, Sap, its so nice that your making lots of friends!" Dad has the same oblivious toned voice like, Mays.
"Yeah, me and Sapnap had been friends, since first grade! We all have actually."
George was embarrassed for me, I asked her for her pen in first grade.
May keeps talking and talking, eventually making conversation with Skeppy, that goes downhill. We end up at George's house. George left with a grin that says 'good luck'. May clings to me holds my hand in the open, I know she was hoping for Dad or Skeppy to see it. "I mean you and Sap, seem like a perfect couple, in my opinion" Dad smiles. Shut up, please.
"Hehehe, I bet, I mean, if its okay with you, sir, me and Sapnap would like to be together."
"Really?" Skeppy asked surprised.
"Yeah." I agree with her out of reflex.
"I guess so Sapnap, I think your old enough to."
May laughs and smiles at me. "Aw, Sapnap you're blushing, its so cute on you!"
I feel my face, its hot and red. May feels my face as well. "Did I embarrass you Sapnap?" She giggles and smiles.
I laugh a little just so it's not as awkward as being silent.
Dad stops at May's house, it's big two story, white, fancy cars in the driveway. "See you later, Pandas~" she copies what George calls me all the time. She waves by the, as car drives away.
Skeppy makes a joke along the lines of me having girlfriend or something I couldn't care less about what he said.

360 hours later, or just 15 days, George scolds me for the 15th day this month, for being Mays boyfriend.
"Its not big deal, man."
"It is a big deal. When everyone finds out you and may are dating, you well be the target to all fights! That's what you're avoiding, you don't want to hurt anybody."
I listen to George's voice, its soft and i can't help but get butterfly's from it.
"Are you listening, Pandas?"
"Uh, yeah."
"Than what did I say?"
"That, we'll be the target practice?"
"The Target for bullying."
He puts a paper on my chest and walks away, I grab it and follow him to class. I read the paper, it basically says that I'm screwed. May can probably understand that I just want to be friends, maybe she won't take it as hard. I can't even think of a humane way of doing this without hurting her feelings. I throw paper away. I don't know how to do this.
After school me and George sit out side waiting for Dad. "Sapnap, can you help me?" May asks holding the door open.
"Sure, May." I get up and walk in the school.
"I cant find it anywhere!" May whined
"What are you looking for?"
"The back of my earring."
"Were did you lose it?"
"In the washroom."
"The girls washroom?"
"Well yeah, but your allowed to go in, because you're helping me. I'm letting you go in. Come on!" She grabbed my hand and I came in the girls washroom.
May pushed the door closed and pushed me against the wall, I try to compress my fire as much as I can. "Sapnap, have you ever kissed a girl before?"
"Uh, May I-" I try to turn and get away, she moves her arm so I couldn't.
"Would you like to kiss me?"
"I'm sorry, May, but-"
She moved her hand up my chest to my face, her lips get close to mine,"Sorry, May." I push her a bit back,"You don't?" May says quietly.
"Sorry, May I just want to be friends."
She gets off me,"just friends?"
"We can still be together, but as friends."
"Oh, good, because I just want to be your friend too, just your Dad kinda pushed it on me, to be with you. Not that I don't like you, I do, its that I like, someone else." She looks at me, I think checking to see if its fine with me.
"You do?"
"Yeah, you won't tell him, will you?"
"I won't, who is it?"
"George."
I looked at her, she was blushing, she was serious. I didn't want to tell her that George didn't really care for, romantic feelings. He really didn't like anyone, well he never really told me about liking anyone. The bathroom door opened,"Pandas, your Dads here."
George and I left with Skeppy. Skeppy drove fast and ran many stop signs before, we finally got home.

The second to last day of school, George was very happy, and excited. We didn't have any work, it was basically a free day. "Yes, one more day, Pandas, than we are going to be in sixth grade!"
I laugh at him, as he jumps up and down,"I can't wait." I look him in his eyes, he stares back, smiling. His eyes were brown, soft, and very pretty. It gave me a warmth to my chest. "Ugh, Sap~" May sits next to me, breaking the eye contact I had with George. "Hehe, I sound like your dad!"
"Hey, May." George greeted her.
"Hey." She smiles and hugs my arm.
"So, were going to hand out during the summer, right?" George asked
"Oh, I can't, my dad is taking me to another state." May confessed
"We're, moving."
"You are?" Both me and George ask as the bell rings we walk down the hall. "Yeah, but we might come back, someday soon."
"Okay, May." I say holding open the door for them.
"Here.", May hands me a sticky note. Skeppy pulls up in the car with loud music, causing attention to him. Also because is a very expensive car. May puts her hand up my chest and on my neck, she kisses my cheek, because I turned my head,"Bye, Sapnap."  I get in the car,"Bye, May." George says and gets in the car. "Sapnap, I thought you and that girl broke up?" Skeppy asked driving fast, passing the school,"We did." I said through the loud music he turns it down a little. "Does she know that?"
"What do you mean?"
"Well, she looks like she still likes you~."
"Well she doesn't, so." I say sassy
"Okay." Skeppy turns up the radio and sings his part of the song. We stop at George house, than we go home.
"Sapnap, how was school?"
"Great, we had free day today."
"That's cool." Dad sood at the table just finishing cleaning the house. Skeppy goes up to Dad, hugging him, untying his apron,"Oh, Skeppy." Dad hugged him back. Skeppy starts to kiss Dads neck. I run up to my room, I don't want to see Dad and Skeppy kiss, that's gross. In my room I look at my note book on my desk. I remember, I have a lot more in the drawer. In the drawer was 4 black note books. Flipping through the first one, I read the conversations me and George would have, they were very different than they are now. The words were in very different writing, and misspelt. Catching myself smiling while reading, my face got warm and like little butterfly's in my stomach. Reading the second note book was, a little bit better on the spelling. With long conversations that had many, many drawings. It made me think of George, reading his words made me miss him, a little. Reading the third note book, there was a lot of, math, and science, questions, we would cheat on homework. There was also a lot of scraps of paper, like notes, and pages ripped out completely. Reading it, I couldn't remember writing half of what the book had in it, like it never happened. Notes that had drawings, and hearts, gossip, nicknames. All of it was old memories.
