Harry closed a folder and pushed it away with a deep sigh
"Fuck" he mumbled, then rubbing his eyes "I'm getting no where with this"
He checked his watch, it was 7:30 "shit, it's starting to get late"
He stood up and somewhat cleaned his desk, then grabbed his coat and briefcase and opened the door
"Goodbye Mr Potter" Said his secretary
"Goodbye Vivian, Sorry you're here so late, please go home" Said Harry
"It's no worries! my wife is away for work tonight and my daughter is at her friends place, i don't have anywhere to be" She smiled softly at him
"Alright," He smiled "I'll see you tomorrow"
She nodded and continued what she was doing
Harry left the ministry and inhaled the cold fresh air, it was already starting to get dark
"Fuck it" Harry said and walked to the bar nearby
It took about 5 minutes to walk there, many ministry people went there after work
Harry walked in and sat down at the bar, setting down his briefcase and coat on the floor beside him
"Hiya harry! what can i get you today?" Said the bartender
"Whiskey Please," Harry said
"You betcha" Said the bartender walking off slightly
The bartender poured the drink and set the glass in front of him, "here you are"
"thank you Dave," Harry smiled slightly pulling his drink slowly towards him
He took a sip and squinted slightly
He traced his index finger around the top of the glass, zoning out and thinking about the case he was working on
He sat there for a good 10 minutes just zoned out thinking about it, his mind wandered off eventually
Harry finished the last of his drink and sighed, time to go home and be alone
He started to grab his stuff before someone sat down beside him "everything alright over here?"
"I'm fine, i'm just leavi-" Harry stopped mid sentence as he saw who it was "Draco." He said
"That's my name" Draco joked "I apologize for the surprise"
"What're you doing here?" Harry asked
"just hanging out after work.. is that okay with you?" He said sarcastically
