"My mom says MIT isn't for me and for once, I agree with her. I think I'd rather go study abroad or, I don't know, not go to college and open up a cute little bakery where cats and dogs can come in too." Juniper said into her phone. She tried so hard to concentrate as she applied nail polish to her nails, but she kept getting the light blue polish on her skin.

"Trust me, June, anywhere is probably better than MIT right now. But can we talk about something else other than college? I'm literally holding myself back from jumping out the window." Davina replied as she stared at her ceiling. She had nothing to do and didn't want to leave the comfort of her room so she called Juniper, who made sure her best friend wouldn't die of boredom.

"Sure. Did you watch that documentary about Iron Man? I had to turn it off after they said him and Black Widow were possibly in a relationship-"

"Gross. No, I didn't and now I won't." Davina cringed. Just as Juniper was about to speak, Adam burst through her bedroom door out of breath.

"Turn . .  on the . . . Shit, I have to run more." He said in between breaths.

"Hi Adam!" Juniper greeted the man.

"Why'd you even run? Did an ex chase you all the way here? Child support?" Davina sat up on her bed.

"Shut up and turn the tv on!" Adam collapsed on the floor. "Your boyfriend is fighting some mechanical octopus on the highway."

Davina nearly choked on her own saliva. She grabbed the remote control and turned her tv on. She searched for a news channel and saw live coverage of Peter fighting a man with robot arms. Juniper even turned hers on.

"Oh my god!" Davina gasped.

"I know, all those people have to buy new cars now. What if the insurance doesn't cover this type of stuff? Damn the government." Juniper said.

"Do you know that guy?" Davina asked her exhausted brother on the floor.

"No. But we need to see Stephen right now." Adam said slowly as he tried to regain his breath.

Davina picked up her phone and said a quick goodbye to Juniper then ended the call. She quickly ran out of her room, leaving Adam on the floor. She made it out of the apartment, but then she remembered how slow Adam would be right now so she walked back to her room to find Adam still laying on the floor.

"Get up, dumbass."

"You're mean, how are we related?"

Soon, the Kirk siblings were on their way to the sanctum sanctorum. Maybe Stephen had something to do with the robot guy that Peter was fighting. Davina knocked on the door to the sanctum sanctorum and waited for an answer, but nobody opened the door. Before she could knock again, both siblings were sucked through a portal that Stephen had opened below them.

"Holy shit!" Adam yelled as he hit the concrete. Adam hit the ground first then came his younger sister, who accidentally hit her brother with her boots since she fell on top of him.

"Do you not know how to answer doors?" Davina got up from her spot and dusted off her skirt.

"I do actually. Your brother had the more tough landing so I don't see why you're complaining." Stephen rolled his eyes.

"I'm alive if you two are wondering." Adam said, still laying on the floor. Today clearly wasn't his day.

Davina took notice of the room they were currently in. It was a room she was familiar with. "What is this place?" She asked Stephen. Then she took notice of the blood on his face. "Stephen, what's going on?"

"What? Your brother didn't tell you?"

"Yeah, I didn't exactly have the chance to because the lizard ate my phone and destroyed my car!"

Lizard?

"What lizard?" Davina asked. She watched as Adam turned his attention to a dark section of the room. Davina followed his gaze, but saw nothing but total darkness . . . until a giant lizard revelead itself and let out a giant roar which made Davina almost pass out at the sight. "Oh."

"That fucker owes me a new phone and a car." Adam got up from the floor.

"Adam, it's a giant lizard. I don't think it cares about you or your phone or car."
