Apologize for your mistakes. Don't wait for the right time. The time can never be right if you are scared. Just muster up the courage and do it.
Whether the person will forgive you or no is not your concern. Just take a step ahead without expecting for the other person to take a step ahead to. You need to play your part.
Nothing else matters.
Apologize so you don't carry the guilt. It will only press you down.
