Juniper's POV

My taxi pulls up to the cloud-caressing hotel, Signiel Seoul. I gape in awe at the beautiful shiny windows and architecture. I pay my taxi driver, then he comes out, opens my door for me, and helps me out of the taxi. I'm still in awe at the beautiful building I picked as the taxi driver gets my luggage out of the back of the taxi. It was a bit spendy, but I deserve all the comfort and luxuries I can afford. I thank him and bow respectfully. I hold on to my luggage as I head into the hotel. The doorman bows and I bow back before I enter the building. I head to the counter and bow to the lady." Annyeonghaseyo, I need to check-In for Juniper. " She looks at me for a second, then smiles, " Ah sorry, give me one second." I blush, I need to learn some easy Korean fast if I'm going to last four months.  I could tell it took her a second to register I was speaking English. When you come to a new country, Juniper, you need to learn at least some of the language to communicate easier, I scold myself. The kind lady hands me my room key, " Are you visiting for business or pleasure?"

"Pleasure. Thank you." I smile. She smiles brightly," Is this your first time visiting Seoul?"

"Ah yes, it is." I blush again and smile softly. She smiles, " Well, in that case, Welcome to Seoul, here are some pamphlets to sights you can visit, upcoming events and holidays, and even some concerts and fan sightings of some of the most popular K-Pop groups coming up." I smile brightly and eagerly take them from her.

"Oh, gamsahamnida, I can't wait to explore your beautiful city and culture." I smile brightly at her and she bows at me with a smile and says, " Enjoy your visit, Miss."

I head into my room and stand in awe at the beautiful room. There's a small kitchenette and a mini fridge. A couch with a tv on the opposite wall. The hotel is beautifully decorated and elegant. Then I notice the view. I run to the windows, dropping my bags as I reach them. I open the sliding doors and step onto the small balcony and take in the amazing view of the city below me. I feel the wind in my face and the sun beaming down on me. I close my eyes and savor the feeling and lose myself in the sounds of the city and wind. I open my eyes and smile. I could stay here forever. I go and grab my camera, ready to capture the beautiful view during the day and I make a mental note as I take some pictures to take at night as well. I pull myself away from the view and start to unpack, carefully placing all of my clothes in their perspective places. After getting everything packed away, I bring my toiletries to the bathroom and set everything up, putting shower and bath essentials away and placing my toothbrush and skin care on the counter. I hang up my towel sheet, hair wrap, and robe on the hooks, then step back out into the main area. I should check for cameras and such and set up my hotel safety equipment, you can never be to careful.
