Jennie's pov:

"Jiminie I'm going to the library" I shouted from downstairs so he could hear me.

"Unnie can I come with you?" Lia my niece asked with puppy eyes.

"Sure baby" I said and took her small hands in my hands before exciting out the house.

"Just don't make any noise there, okay?" I asked her while opening the car door and she nodded and made a thumbs up.

"Good girl, I will give you a treat if you will behave" I said and started driving towards the library.

After a few minutes we arrived there and I parked my car in the parking lot and got out of the car.

"Unnie why did you bring me with you?" Lia asked and I looked at her with a smile

"Because you asked me to and also I wanted a company" I said giggling

"Oh, why don't you make a boyfriend?" She asked as I choked hearing this from a 5-year-old kid.

"W-what why are you asking me this suddenly and who taught you about this?" I asked her as we entered the library.

"Jin uncle told me about this he said that boyfriend will give you company whenever you" she said as I facepalmed myself and gave her a lollipop so that she will be quiet.

"Sit here and don't go anywhere until unnie comes okay?" I asked and squeezed her soft cheeks she nodded and I handed her a fairy tale book even tho she can't read properly but the pictures will keep her busy.

I took a last glance at her table before going to pick a perfect book to read this weekend. I read the list of books and their shelf number which was pasted on a wall.

"Hmm this title sounds interesting" I said to myself and read the shelf number.

I checked the shelves and the book I wanted was on the topmost shelf which is very high at least for me. I jumped to take the book but it was in vain even after jumping my hands were not reaching there.

Suddenly a hard chest was pressed on my back making my breath hitch, a big veiny hand reached out for the book I wanted and istg my knees went weak smelling his attractive scent.

"I am sorry but I want to read this too, you can read this after a week" his deep voice sent shivers down my spine, I blinked a few times before turning back and it was a wrong move cause my nose was touching his chest and I inhaled his scent and mind went blank for a second.

I heard a chuckle and I looked up only to see the most angelic smile in this whole world and face was flawless, I couldn't help but admire his face he had a boxy smile and his eyes were in a crescent shape because he was smiling, his dark curly locks covering his forehead, his nose had a brown mole which was so cute, his jaws were sharp like a blade.

"Done admiring me shorty?" He asked and I snapped back into reality but gasped when I realised what he just called me.

"Excuse me? I dare you to say that again" I said squinting my eyes to look somewhat intimidating, he just smirked and bend down to come at my level, okay now I feel embarrassed.

"Shorty" he said and stared into my eyes as I stared back
"You are so cute" he said again, my cheeks heated up as I broke our eye contact looking everywhere.

"Unnie!! Is he your boyfriend?" I heard lia and I immediately pushed the handsome guy in front of me.

"L-lia what are you doing here? I told you to wait for me" I scolded her "A-and he is not my boyfriend" I said strictly but inside I was flustered.
