Lucifer's Return

Chapter 4: Surrender

Lucifer heard the shower turn off and his heart began to race. He wasn't sure where to stand or sit before she was to enter the room. He awkwardly leaned a hand against the glass table, then removed it and spun around, eventually settling on sitting upon the corner of the bed, still in his damp red towel.

The bathroom door creaked open and he turned to see Chloe standing at the threshold, hair dripping pulled to one side and tucked behind her ear, matching red towel tied around her body. Her skin glowed. Lucifer's eyes fell onto her exposed shoulder and felt a match ignite inside him.

Chloe's bare feet padded across the room until she was standing over him. She reached up to stroke his bearded face. She gently rubbed her thumb across his bottom lip. Lucifer caught her thumb in his mouth and delicately sucked it from knuckle to fingertip. Chloe parted her lips and smiled, pressing her tongue to her upper row of teeth. She was suddenly aware of exactly who this was. This was Lucifer Morningstar. A man known throughout the city for giving both men and women the most unforgettable sex of their lives. A master of pleasure.

Chloe suddenly felt a pang of insecurity and Lucifer saw it on her face.

"What's wrong, gorgeous?" He asked, kneading her hips over her towel.

"I-" she began. "I don't know. I don't know what I'm doing."

Concerned, Lucifer asked "What in the world do you mean?"

"I um. I mean, I haven't, you know. I haven't been with anyone in so long." Chloe's voice began to waver. "I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing and you're so, you know, you're like an expert and-" Lucifer cut her off by putting his hand to her mouth.

"Detective! Truly! Shut up." He pulled his hand away and kissed her. "You think too much."

"I can't argue with that," she replied, beginning to feel lightheaded from the taste of his lips.

He pulled her onto the bed so they could lay facing one another. He pushed her damp hair behind her shoulder. "Don't worry about a thing" he purred into her ear. His warm breath on her neck sent shivers through her core. She knew what she needed to do. She needed to surrender to him.
