Michael's POV

*Beeps*
Ughh, I was woken by my stupid alarm clock letting my know its time to start getting ready for school. I've been enjoying my new school so far I've made friends with quite a few people, it's  overwhelming starting a new school though.

I went into my bathroom to shower for school then get dressed. After I finished everything I headed down stairs to leave but first grabbing a granola bar out of the pantry.

My parents were both sitting at the kitchen table drinking their morning coffee.

I said goodbye to the both of them as I headed out the door to meet Jonathan then head to the bus stop to catch the bus . eww

I greeted Jonathan as we started walking towards our neighborhood bus stop.

"So what are you doing today after school?" I asked trying to break the awkward silence.

"I don't know I'll probably just come home and sleep until Alyssa comes over" Jonathan replied with an smile
"What about you" he asked

"I have football practice after school, you know our schools first game is tomorrow" I said wondering if Jonathan even liked sports

"I don't really go to lots of school events, I guess you can say I just don't have much school spirit" he said with a slight grin on his face

"Well you should come it'll be the first game I play in, it'll make me feel more comfortable to know I'd have some friends watching"

Were Jonathan and I even friends I mean we really haven't hung out or talked much, we just walk to the bus stop together since we stay right next door to each other.

"I guess having school spirit one time in my life wouldn't kill me right? Plus I'll just drag Alyssa along"

"Cool, you might even enjoy it more than you think" I said with smirk

Our bus finally arrived to take us to school for another adventure at highschool.

When we arrived at school I said goodbye to Jonathan as he was greeted by Alyssa.

I walked into first period and sat next to my friend Jacob ..

"What's up dude" Jacob said as I sat down in my desk

"Nothing just pumped about the game tomorrow. Are you ready?"

"Dude the way coach's been working us all week I don't know if I can make it to game day" he replied referring to his sore muscles

"Yeah, I know what you mean"

"Dude I swear the ice baths aren't even working anymore but I guess I'll survive" Jacob said while checking his phone.

I was about to respond but then our teacher walked into class starting class.

Jonathan POV

"Alyssa seriously he called me one of his friends" I said still in shock considering the fact him and I haven't hung out at all but maybe that'll all change.

"I believe you I just can't believe you Jonas agreed to attend a sport related event after I've been trying to drag you to sport games for years now"

"Whatever I'm only doing it for Michael trust me if I didn't have a crush on him I probably still wouldn't be going.. I'm willing to waste important time for him"

" important time? Jonas all you do is stay in your room watching Netflix or on Tumblr"

"Hey that is my important time those two things are literally like my life"

"Oh trust me I know" Alyssa said starting to laugh as we walked into class.

I rolled my eyes as I headed to our seats at the back of the room

"Jonas do you honestly even know what football is" Alyssa said

"I so do, its the one where you run to all the bases" I said confident

"That's baseball you silly!!" Alyssa said bursting out into laughter earning some glances from people in class.

"This is going to be a disaster"

And yes I did introduce a new character (Jacob) so I hope you guys liked his first appearance.
