( Nova's POV)
" Hey there stranger." Dakota said with a large smile. "Oh, hey." I said with a slightly received smile. "What were you staring at Nova?"I didn't really want to tell him but at the same time that calming look he gave me was enough to make me want to tell him, but obviously for multiple reasons, I restrained myself and just shook my head. " Nothing, I just thought I saw a cat." He chuckled a bit and then said " Well instead of being a creep that is staring at the dark, lets go." I blinded in confusion. " Im sorry, I think I'm missing something, go where?" All of a sudden Dakota's calming smile turned into a creepy smile. I stared in horror as I finally put the pieces together. " D-Dekota, can we talk about this please?" He didn't answer his grin just got scarier and he got closer and I stepped back. As he kept taking steps I moved back until I hit the wall behind me. " I told you I would get you soon." he said to me in a tone that made him sound crazy. Before I could scream he hit me on my neck and then I saw darkness.
