The Donor

Secretary:( answers the phone) Hi thank you for calling A Blessing from Another, how may I help you?

Camila: hi my name is Camila Baker, I was wondering if my donor was anonymous or not, I would like to get in touch with him if possible

Secretary: alright, what's your donor's number?

Camila:642

Secretary: ok give me a second to look him up

Camila: okay

Camila pov: I didn't want to go through this pregnancy alone. Candice is my bestfriend and I know she got my back but she has a family of her own.

Secretary: Ms. Baker?

Camila: yes

Secretary: it looks like he signed the agreement form,so I can give you his name and phone number

Camila: great thank you

Camila pov: once the secretary gave me his name and number I hung up. I was nervous about calling him. I calmed myself down and dialed the number.

Quincy:(answers) hello?

Camila: hi, is this Quincy Brooks?

Quincy: yea, who's this?

Camila: I'm Camila Baker, I received your donation. I was hoping we could meet some where and talk

Quincy pov: my heart skipped a beat when she said she received my sperm. I really wanted to meet her. We decided on meeting at this new burger place. I was so nervous not gone lie. I got out the bed and got myself ready. I hope this goes well.

2 hours later:

Candice: on the phone with Mila) is he there yet?

Camila: not yet, I'm super nervous

Candice: don't be girl, I'm sure he's so happy you reached out to him

Camila: oh I think he's here

Candice: (squeals )get off the phone girl call me later

Camila:(laughs) okay bye

(Camila hangs up and Quincy gets to her table)

Quincy: (smiles) um hi, Camila?

Camila: smiles) hi , nice to m- you're Ms. Glenda's son?

Quincy: smiles) yeah I am, when I walked in I thought you looked familiar

(He sits down )

Quincy: wow this is shocking

Camila:( nods) I agree

Camila pov: this man was so damn fine. He was darkskin and had some tattoos. His voice was deep and kinda raspy but sounded so damn sexy. I'll let him put as many babies as he want in me !

Quincy: so baby mama , tell me a little about you(smiles)

Camila:(smiles) well I'm 24, I am  a realtor, I'm the middle child. I'm pretty outgoing , I love trying new things and adventuring. I love scary movies, fishing , anything nature wise. I love kids and hope to have a big family one day

Quincy pov: my baby mama fine as fuck. I listened to her tell me about herself and we have some similarities. She seems like a very sweet woman.

Camila: what made you become a donor?

Quincy: I had just got laid off from my job and I needed a little money until my last check came, but then I realized I could help a woman out so that's why I went through with it, what about you? As beautiful as you are, I would've thought you would be someone's lady

Camila:(blushing) I've always wanted a baby. I'm 24 and I'm not getting any younger, I felt it was time to start my own family. My ex never wanted kids and a lot of other stuff happened. I felt like I was wasting time waiting for the perfect man to come my way so I went to the bank

Quincy: nods) what made you choose me? What stood out?

Camila: your height and I like that you're a nurse and you have a good educational background

Quincy:(smiles) well thank you, what made you decide to want to meet me? I heard most women don't want to meet their donors

Camilla: I don't really have a lot of close people in my life. My family is kinda iffy and my bestfriend is supportive but she got her own family to tend to. (Sighs) I don't wanna go through this alone

Quincy: well you ain't got to (smiles) I've been hoping I got somebody who would let me be in the child's life. I've always wanted kids and it was really bothering me knowing I could have a child in the world and I wasn't in their life

Camila: smiles) thank you Quincy

Quincy: no problem, how far a long are you?

Camila: 3 and half weeks

Quincy: how you feel?

Camila: I feel good, still kind of in shock that I'm pregnant and the morning sickness is horrible but I'm excited

Quincy: I'm excited to, I'm with you every step of the way. You ain't gonna worry about anything. If you need me just call

Camila: I appreciate that

Camila pov: this might work out well. He seems so excited and I feel he's a good guy.
