Chloe's Pov

What's going on?

Did I fall into a pit or something!?

I looked around to see nothing I recognized.

Where am I?

Third Person Pov

Chloe gets up and pats herself to remove the dust from her clothes.

Chloe is short in stature with a slim muscular build, and tan skin to contrast with a black rose tattoo on her neck and a flaming skull with wings on her right thigh. She has sharp dark brown coloured eyes with long eyelashes behind her large black square shaped glasses. Chloe has a bob of red hair (dyed) with a large bang that floats in between her eyes. Her current attire seems to a modest buttoned-up long-sleeved lavender shirt with long purple pants and a pair of purple boots. Chloe also had a black rosary around her neck but she keeps the cross in her shirt.

She looked around to see that the place looked like a courtroom.

Several men were looking her way.

The man that sat in the seat of the chief judge started to speak.

He was rather attractive and had a calming aura around him.

"Welcome to the Devildom, Chloe." He smiled at her.

Chloe perked up upon hearing her name from a stranger.

The strange man realized this.

"Oh, pardon me. Feeling a bit shocked, are we?" He said with a disheartening look on his face.

"Well, that's understandable. You've only just arrived, after all." He continued, smiling again.

'Kind of odd but weirdly calming.' Chloe thought as she looked up at the taller male with a small smile of her own.

"As a human, it will probably take a little while for you to adjust to things here in the Devildom."

'Devildom? Human!?!' She thought.

Her expression probably changed but she didn't care.

"......" She said nothing as she stared at the man.

The awkward silence felt unpleasant but the guy seemed to be fine as he started to talk once more.

"I suppose I should start by introducing myself." He smiled at her.

His smile widening when she stopped glaring at them.

"My name is Diavolo."

Chloe nodded.

"I am the ruler of all demons, and all here know of me."

Chloe jumped up upon hearing that she looked at him curiously, why would he want to speak which a human like her?

"And someday soon, I will be crowned king of the Devildom." Diavolo added with a stoic face.

Diavolo stood up and moved to the side of the room. Chloe's attention fixed to what he was doing as he walked onto a nearby balcony.

How did she not see that balcony before?

Thought she doesn't think much of that when the view catches her eyes.

The area is rather dark but city was very beautiful. The city was illuminated in dull lights but the castle that had originally been the thing that catch her eyes was illuminated in a beautiful purple light.

"Wow!" Chloe gasped, her voice thick with her Caribbean accent which was not noticed by her as she had lived with it her entire life but the accent was noted by a couple of demons in the room.
