Annie’s POV
Right I was! Peeta and the rest of the family got on just great. The past had been left to die. Katniss, Gale and Peeta lived happily together for the rest of their lives.
But our story doesn’t end there!
Finnick and I did in time have children. Our first son was born when I was nineteen, exactly nine months after our wedding. His name was Michael Jeremy Mellark. Our first daughter was born when I was twenty two. Her name was Charlotte Abigail Mellark. When I was twenty seven, our twins were born. Krista Lea Mellark and Kurt Brody Mellark were the image of Finnick and I.
Finn and Rue married when they were both twenty. When Finn was twenty three, their first daughter Rebekah Michele Odair was born. When Finn was twenty five, their second daughter, Rachel Katherine Odair was born. When Finn was twenty seven, their third daughter, Rhea Emilie Odair was born and it was obvious he was destined to spend the rest of his life surrounded by women.
Life is good and nothing bad ever haunts us anymore. We live in a better generation.
