(NOTE1: *the video is for later on in the story for those who can't imagine my description. skip to 1:06 when watching.*  so basically during the V.E., it was considered not appropriate to dance with the same person for much too long, but I'm going to change that in this story cuz we all know Sullivan would kill if someone dared touch Zwei without his authorization. also js bc I think its a kind of weird rule (no offense) and js don't wanna implement it in the story.)

(NOTE2: Sullivan will not be saying much in this chapter, mainly bc its almost Zwei's birthday and I wanna give da poor boi a break 💔)

At Queen Lydia's castle, the two smiled and shook hands with those who also attended the event. Finding his mother and father, Zwei smiled excitedly and lifted the bottom of his dress to walk faster as he hurried over to them. "Zwei!" His father exclaimed, opening his arms for his son to be embraced. "Papa!" Zwei called out, happily throwing himself into Kerze's hug. "How have you been, lad? Sullivan informed us you were sick last time we wanted to see you!" His father questioned. "Yes.. a servant had a cold and got too close, passing it down to me," Zwei lied, nervously smiling.

As he looked to the side, his eyes watered seeing his beloved mother up close. "Momma..." Zwei said in an almost whispered tone. "My sweet boy," She chuckled, ruffling his hair and kissing his forehead. "I wanted to give this to you at your wedding but unfortunately you were already gone by the time I got there.. Momma's so sorry for not being at your special day in time... my boss wouldn't let me leave," Jolene, Zwei's mother explained, handing the boy a beautiful red and black fan. "It's gorgeous! However, I'm just glad to see you now, momma," Zwei smiled.

Sullivan walked up to the trio with the most loving and warm smile as he shook Kerze's hand. "Ah, Sullivan. How have you been?" Kerze questioned. "I'm great. Zwei is such a wonderful husband!" The man grinned. Kerze and Jolene bowed slightly in respect. "You're taking good care of my boy, now, aren't you?" Zwei's father laughed. Sullivan nodded. "That's just wonderful! Well, you and Sullivan go about dancing, we'll get out of your hair!!" Jolene gushed, hurrying away with her spouse.

"You left without me. Next time there will be a punishment for it.." Sullivan whispered in Zwei's ear, a chilling smile on his face as he stood up straight again. "Shall we?" The man offered his hand to the other male. Zwei took his hand and was immediately dragged to the dance floor.

The waltz had begun to play, and Sullivan bowed to his partner, Zwei curtsying after him. The two stepped closer, Zwei placing his left arm on Sullivan's shoulder as the other put his right arm under Zwei's. The two extended their free arm, intertwining their fingers and staring into each other's eyes. Following the music's tempo, the couple rotated on the tiled floor, doing the classic box step. Sullivan stretched his right leg as Zwei mirrored him with his left, tilting their bodies to the left and toward the floor. They repeated this once more and stopped, holding hands and leaning away from each other before Sullivan lulled his arm over Zwei's head and crossed.

The two snapped their heads to the other as Zwei twirled out and back to his husband. once again tilting to the ground.

As the dance had come to an end, the dancers bowed at the audience clapping for them. Sullivan grabbed the boy's hand, taking him toward the ballroom throne. Zwei gasped seeing the queen sit so gracefully. "W-We're going to see Queen Lydia?!" Zwei whisper-shouted. His spouse nodded. Feeling insecure about himself, Zwei quickly took out his fan, spreading it across his face with his right hand to hide. Because it wasn't in his left, it simply meant nothing.

Finally, in front of the Queen, Sullivan gave her a neck bow, and Zwei curtsied, avoiding eye contact. "Oh, my dear. Why so shy? I don't bite," She chuckled. Her voice was comforting, almost motherly. Nonetheless, the boy still felt very intimidated. "I do apologize.. Perhaps I am a bit nervous..." Zwei explained. "Do I frighten you? If so, I do not mean to do such," Queen Lydia acknowledged. "N-No! You mustn't apologize! I am simply very excited to meet you, so I do not want to make a bad impression," Zwei explained. "It's quite alright, child. May I ask your age? You seem quite young," The queen noticed, taking a good look at the boy's gown.

"F-Fourteen. I'll be fifteen soon," Said Zwei. As he talked with the woman, a warm smile appeared on his face. He felt almost as if they were friends, and he loved it. Zwei's chatter came to an end as Sullivan applied pressure to his waist. Zwei knew instantly that he needed to stop talking. "Y-Your majesty..! I think Zwei and I should head home..." Sullivan smiled. "Oh, how I wish you could stay longer, dear. You're quite the chatterbox and I adore your ability to keep up a good conversation," Pitied the Queen.

"Do write to be some time, Zwei! Feel free to visit the castle or come to me if you need anything, Love!" Lydia offered, waving to him as the boy curtsied and walked off with his husband.
