Sasha's POV
*I woke up looking around seeing that we made it to the location we were head towards first as I see You not in the room or in the bed as I look out the window seeing the moving water in the morning light as I get up with a bit of struggle as you had told us after we got here that we are going rouge while allowing Mikasa, Armin, and Eren to pick if they wanted to they chose to stay I find my clothes getting dressed as I start to look for you*
I wonder where is Y/N... he's probably at the cliffs looking at the water
*I wander outside as I see you off in the distance looking past the cliff to the water as I walk to you I notice a scent of blood causing me to become concerned as I rush towards you much faster as I see out in the water destroyed items of several things that I don't recognize but it looks like that chunks of it were bitten out as well the corpses in the water just floating their as I reach your location I look at you as I notice that your missing an arm and your leg on opposite sides as I get next to you I notice your eyes seem unfocused as you speak quietly*
You: "Is that you Sasha?..."
*I have a feeling in my gut that feels as if it dropped to the pits as I don't even fake a smile as I have a very bad gut feeling*
Sasha: "Yea it's me Y/N... what happened?..."
*You don't face me as I gently have you look at me as I notice the amount of injuries are built up immensely as I see it closer you have a hole through your gut and out through your back as I look at you as closely as possible you ask me a question that hurts inside but I had a bad feeling of*
You: "...Is it still night out?...If so please Sasha return to bed and please rest..."
Sasha: "Yea... I will but how about yourself Y/N?"
You: "...Your right I should rest... I'm quite tired..."
*I gently sit down in a way as I lay your head onto my lap closing your eyes with my hand as you let me as I run my hand through your hair that is matted to your head in dried blood*
Sasha: "You can rest Y/N I'll still be here and after we wake up lets talk about what to name our future children..."
*I see you give a rare small smile towards the sound of my voice as I slowly feel your heat leave your body as you speak with a bit more struggle*
You: "...That sounds nice...I wish we could talk... about it more now...but I'm just... so tired for... some reason..."
*I softly hold you closer as you speak with a bit of fear in your voice yet seemingly used to it*
You: "...Oh it seems... you have left... Sasha it's okay...I do... Love... You..."
*I speak quietly holding you closer to me as i feel your blood slowly flowing to a stop*
Sasha: "I love you too Y/N... I always will... always have..."
*I feel you react to it softly as I look at you with the tears threatening to fall*
You: "...I'm...Happy...Thank...you...Sasha..."
*I keep my voice from breaking as I whisper into your ear*
Sasha: "Sleep Y/N you seem so tired."
You: "I...will...I'll...see...you...when...it's...morning...Sasha...I...Love...You...Forever...."
*I feel your blood stop flowing as I feel your body grow stiff and cold as I hold you close to me as I let the tears fall quietly as I listen to the waves holding my head towards your chest as I don't feel nor hear your heartbeat anymore as you went to sleep now forever as I cry holding your dead body as I speak aloud in crying screams*
Sasha: "...Why... Why did you... push yourself... so hard at night... alone... why didn't you tell me sooner that you were dying... why did it have to be you who died feeling no warmth anymore... before we made that small family on the hill like we always joked about making... but most importantly... I love you Y/N please don't leave me alone...But I guess you couldn't promise the impossible anyway..."
*I hold you tighter as I softly and shortly kiss you before crying into your chest holding you close to me as I sit their as I feel the gentle hands placed on my back but not letting you go as I know its Mikasa, Armin, and Eren but they have no words to give me as I just hold you close as feel Mikasa pull me up gently while giving me an awkward comforting hug as I cry into her shoulder uncontrollably as she tries comforting me as I see Eren and Armin holding a shovel as they softly speak*
Eren: "...We should bury him..."
Armin: "...Where should we do so at Sasha?..."
*Shakingly I point towards the hill as they nod as Mikasa leads me inside as Eren and Armin dig a hole as I sit at the table silently as Mikasa stays with me clearly knowing the dangers of leaving me alone as Armin and Eren come back inside quietly as we all get up as I see them grab his cloak he never wore as they set him on it putting his arms in a X shape as they wrap him in the cloak lowering him down into the freshly dug hole setting him down gently and covering him with the cloak as they begin to cover the hole with dirt as I see them engrave a stone and set it at the location of his head with words inscribed into it*
'Y/N L/N Born in the year 834 - 849 Lost, loved, Friend, lover, leader'
*I break down after returning into the home after several days I finally had left the bed as Mikasa gently hands me a box of letters as I look over the items seeing hundreds and hundreds of letters all that have my name as the receiver as they all seem to end with the same last words of I love you Sasha until the very last one that seems shorter than the rest*
'Dear Sasha if you have this letter it would seem that I had passed away for that I apologize for that. I did want to be with you for much longer but my past has been and caught up to me without remorse. I noticed a few weeks ago after we had gotten to the hidden location that I was reaching my end for hiding that I don't regret that as that would have caused unnecessary worry... what my biggest regret is and probably was is the fact that I'm sure I'll never get to our children as I'm sure that you are expecting if for no other reason besides my memory and our future children please live on raise our children away from the walls away from the military with the help of the three I know it hurts and will hurt but please stay alive for a long time... I love you and I always have... but I don't want you to die that soon either so please stay away from the military and thank you for always trusting my judgment at the end... I hear the fire of guns. I believe this will be my last letter most likely... I hope that if you find me its in a better condition... I love you Sasha. ~Y/N'
*I hold the letter tightly as I know you are right as I whisper softly holding the letter*
Sasha: "...If the child is a boy his name will be Y/N if he has a sister with him She will be Elise... I'll raise them to know that you died protecting me... and them... I love you Y/N... and I'll miss you forever..."
A/N - The end if you expected a happy end then you have not read my stories before I don't do happy endings. just brutal ones normally anyway till next time.
