˗ 'ˎ˗↳ FAMILY — needless to say, sooyoung's family is filled with complicated and pent up emotions. it all started with her father. sooyoung's dad was the glue of the family, though the parents weren't often seen, they still somehow managed to be a family all while being absent. but it all went tumbling down once sooyoung's father passed away. the glue that has been sticking them together wore out, and the family broke apart. all their frustrations came out, from the past years they found reasons to hate each other and avoid each other at all costs. physical fights broke out, breaking objects, and etc. so to this day, sooyoung doesn't talk to her family and she wouldn't go out of her way to contact them. regardless of their family dynamic, sooyoung made a promise to herself that she'd show up for her sister's graduation and support her brother onto his debut
