(It's called mutant Namekian because he Has namekian physiology and only the ability to Regenerate. He cannot use ki. Also The weird Namekian Mutant can develop a quirk without bones)

Quirk information:

Quirk: Boric flames

Quirk description:
The user has the ability to create flames from their entire body. The user because of mutation produces boric acid and it mixes with the flames, creating flames that can fight fire. The flames from their mouth and feet actually are some of the strongest but yet the most draining.

Drawbacks: The user can easily get dehydrated, so they need to drink alot of water

Ability information

Abilities:
He can Regenerate limbs and Doesn't need anything but water, He can eat but is isn't required at all

Mental information:

Benjī teirā is usually a pretty extroverted person but slowly he will lose the liking to talk to people even though he relies on it for social energy.

He is a pretty excited person but tends to be a little slow and not have enough common sense (Kinda like goku)

He is actually pretty crafty and intelligent but of course he can be a little slow at times

In the story he becomes a very quiet person, not interacting with anyone but that slowly changes
