Background Info- T.k has a fear of thunder storms due to his past when he was dealing with addiction, He overdosed on a stormy night and was revived by his dad, and ever scene that night he's had panic attacks due to thunder storms.
This also takes place in Summer
Carlos' POV:
I look at the time reading 7:55 I'm supposed to be at Fazolis for date night with T.k at 8:00 but I guess I'm gonna be a little late as I'm on high speed chase going 90mph the people I'm chasing robbed a jewelry store and has a few people hostage. I wish I could text or call him but I can't because my phone just died. This is gonna take a while.
End of Carlos's POV
T.k's POV:
I have just arrived to the restaurant and Carlos is no where to be found it's 8:00 and he's supposed to be here, He promised he would be here because it's been so long sense we've had time alone together but I guess I can't be mad because for all I know Carlos could be on a dangerous call right now.
"Table for one?" a waiter asked me
"Two actually" I say she walks me to a table
after a few minutes I decide to text Carlos just so he knows I'm here

Many many minutes later I just decide to leave of course I payed for my drink tho
Once I arrived home it started thundering and raining really hard
"Oh no, not this again" I say as I feel my chest tightening and tears welling in my eyes and sit on Carlos and I's shared bed. I finally gain the courage to text Carlos.

End of T.k's POV:
Carlos' POV:
Finally I arrive home at 10:30, walking in the door I hear heavy breathing "T.k" i whisper to myself running to T.k and I's shared bed room
"Hey, hey, your ok I'm here tiger, I'm here" I calmly say to him pulling him into a tight hug
"Where were you?" T.k asks me after he has calmed down a little
"I'm sorry, I was on a call that took longer than expected, and my phone died. I'm sorry baby" I whisper giving him a loving kiss
"It's ok" T.k replies after we parted from our kiss
The Next Day:
I woke up burning up because someone insisted on sleeping with a blanket in the middle of Summer, Which ends up on me along with a sleeping T.k, Not complaining tho he's adorable.
T.k and i rarely have any days off together, but today we do, and I wasn't planning on leaving T.k alone after what happened last night anyway.
I feel T.k stir in his sleep, looking down and see a little drool coming from his mouth.
T.k snuggles into me closer
"Good morning sleepy head" I whisper to him smiling
"Good morning" he whispers smiling back
"Ready to get up, I'll make pancakes" I say trying to get him up out of bed
"No, I wanna stay here, just five more minutes" T.k says tiredly snuggling even deeper into my chest
"Ok fine, but only because you're cute when you're sleepy" I reply to him with a cheeky grin
A few minutes later:
"T.k you ready to get up now sleeping beauty" I ask the sleeping boy on my chest
