I wake up on a Monday morning at 6:30 a.m. I groan as I get out of my bed and head to my bathroom door.... It's jammed "shit, it's locked. How am I supposed to pee now?! God I hate this day already"
I walk over to my room again and begin packing my school bag. When I'm done I walk towards the kitchen and start preparing to make a pb&j. I hum a tune when I suddenly smell something weird. "Is that... SmOkE?!" I slowly turn around and look at the toaster. GASP "MY TOAST!!" I run over to my toaster and lift the lever. DING the burnt bread pops out and I grab it "damn, that was my last slice" I frown, then realize I'm holding onto the blazing hot burnt bread. "AHH- OW.OW.OW.OW.OW." I drop the charcoal bread creating a mess on the floor.
"It's official, Mondays are the worst" ' I'm just going to leave that mess to future me'
I grab my school bag and check the time '7:03' as I head to leave my apartment I check my pockets for the keys. Spoiler! they aren't there ' I so wanna be aliven't rn' I go to my room and pat down my bed to find my keys. That was successful because I felt them poking out of my blankets. I speed walk to the door to leave, I open the door and exit my apartment. After I lock the door and put on my headphones, I hum to f/s while walking
Time skip to school
As I enter my school building all eyes are on me, which I absolutely hate about seeing red strings of fate. Everyone rushes over to beg me to tell them who their soulmate is.
"Space- space, I NEED SPACE!" I yell, all of the people who were crowding me backed away and slowly started to form a line. 'God they're so desperate' as I take off my headphones I tell the first girl in line "jasper" "what?" She asks "jasper, your soulmate is jasper. Now shoo" I shoo her away with my hand
After about 15 minutes everyone was gone and found their soulmate. 'Let's hope there will be less people next time' "Hey y/n!" I hear a cheery voice call out behind me, I turn around and see who called my name and it's the extraordinary girl April! "Heyy girl!" I say back as we do our secret handshake. "Tysm for being here right now my social battery is running out and it's not even lunch yet." I say while hugging her. "I know I know I'm the best, now lets go to first hour" she says while dragging me to math class.
'Oh how I hate math'
An hour passes and math is over. Then 2 more hours till lunch, and now 1 hour, then 0 hours till lunch.
Thank god I packed my own lunch 'cus the school lunch is nasty. I just gave myself chills thinking about it. I head over to the cafeteria and see April waving her around so I can sit by her. I wave back and then see another girl sitting next to her. "Hey April! Who's this?" I ask. "Oh! This is Sunita, Sunita y/n, y/n Sunita" she says pointing at Sunita and me "hi nice to meet you!" I say as I shake her hand. "Nice to meet you too!" She says back. "You're new here right? I never saw you before." I ask, but before she can answer April gets a call.
She digs through her pocket for her phone and answers " hey don, I'm at lunch right now and I barely ate anything, I'll call you later Kay? Ok bye!" She shuts off her phone and turns back to us staring at her "what?" She questions "who was that?" Me and Sunita say together " a friend" she answers while stuffing her face with food. 'Mhm'.
I turn to look at Sunita and notice her red string leads to April. "NO WAY" I yell loudly making April and Sunita jump. "Oops- sorry" "what happened!?" Says April. "You and Sunita are SOULMATES" I say while eating a handful of skittles.
I sat there eating my lunch while they were sitting together with a shocked look on their faces ' lmao they're speechless, what can I say.. I'm built different'
After that the bell rung and we have to go back to boring classes
Time skip to the end of the school day
When schools over I go outside and meet with April and Sunita "hey guys, I'm so glad we're done with this hellhole." I say happily with my hands behind my head. "I can agree with that" Sunita responds while April is laughing at her phone. "What's so funny?" Sunita asks "hmm? Oh nothing" April says looking up from her phone "yeah right you're giggling your fucking ass off" I joke.
"Anyways my apartment complex is here, I'll see you guys tomorrow!" I say while walking towards the building.
When I finally reach my apartment and open the door I remember that I have a mess to clean. 'You know what... I'll do that tomorrow since I'm too tired to' I go to my room and lay on my bed. After a few seconds I take out my phone and text April.

I shut off my phone and start to fall asleep ' please let them be normal'
