We heard the front door being opened so we rushed downstairs. I saw mom and my two aunts with bags full of groceries.

I don't need to ask them what are those for because the pack of adult diapers is poking from one of the bags. I'm just surprised at how everyone takes this seriously.

In a blink of an eye, dad woke up and he saw the house being decorated. I saw his jaw drop when he saw the signage with  Baby Shower in it. What makes him more surprised is the presence of his friends.

"F*ck!" Dad exclaimed but before he could run away, both of his hands are being held by Uncle Alex and Uncle Ace.

"What's this for?" Daddy cried. "I'm sorry honey for acting immaturely earlier but can you exclude me already from this mess?" he pleaded towards mom.

But mommy was persistent. He dragged a mat toward the floor and dropped her diaper bag. "We can surely get you out of that soiled diaper, honey," she started. "But I'm afraid you should comply with the dare," she added.

Dad buried his face in Uncle Ace's chest but moments after he is dragged to the mat. The grip became tighter as mommy untaped his diapers. I could see that he was blushing tremendously from being dragged into this situation.

Helplessly, he lifted his legs upward and the smell became more evident. I know that he can't still believe having us all watching him being diaper changed. Mom patiently wiped his bum before folding the diaper.

Another piece of diaper is slid underneath him before he put his legs down. Mom then taped the fresh diaper before kissing his forehead.
