That night, Jin, Areum, Taehyung and Yoongi were going to the mall, inviting Areum to play and shop. Areum was very happy, she ran here and there until she hit someone and fell.
"Ohh I'm sorry, are you hurt?" The man helped Areum up.
"No uncle, I'm okay"
"You are so beautiful"
"Thank you uncle"
"Areumm..Jimin?" Taehyung was surprised to see the man in front of Areum.
"Taehyung?"
"Areum, come here" Areum ran to Taehyung and hugged him. Jimin's heart hurt so much to see the girl look so close to Taehyung.
"What is it.. is she your daughter?"
"Taehyung, Areum.. why are you running.." Jin and Yoongi approached them. Jin stopped talking and Areum immediately hugged him.
"Taehyung, who is he?"
"Hi Jin, I'm Jimin" Jin was silent, he didn't say anything and just looked down at his daughter.
"Jimin, I was looking for you everywhere and--" Jungkook's words stopped, they all met there, when Jin and Jungkook's eyes met it felt like nostalgia. But it hurts a lot. Jin saw the bandages on Jungkook's arm and Jungkook saw the child hugging Jin.
"Jin..." Jungkook said.
"Yoongi, let's go" Jin said.
"Wait.. is that your daughter?"
"Yes, Min Areum, she is my daughter, Yoongi let's go" Jin took Yoongi's hand and asked him to go with Areum. Leaving Taehyung there with them.
"Is that true? He's the father of that child?" Jungkook asked Taehyung.
"Yeah, I'll go first" Taehyung didn't even look at Jimin and he went after Jin and Yoongi.
Why does it feel so broken knowing that Jin already has someone else beside him.
Jin let go of Yoongi's hand when they got to the parking lot.
"Why did you say that to him?" he said.
"I don't mind him telling you that, you guys match well, that name suits Areum better" Taehyung said.
"But appa said, uncle Yoongi is not my father, and my father's name is--"
"Areum.." Jin turned to Areum and told him to be quiet.
"I'm sorry, I'm just not ready"
"Jin, we've discussed this, haven't we?" he said.
"Yoongi.. but how? I'm too scared, I can't"
"Yes you can, how can we start everything if you can't end your feelings? I'll wait for you" Yoongi kissed Jin's forehead and they all returned to the apartment.
Taehyung entered Areum's room, there was Jin who had just accompanied her to sleep.
"Is Areum sleeping?" Jin just nodded.
"Do you think Jungkook will believe you when you say she's Yoongi's daughter?"
"What do you mean?"
"Just look at your daughter's face, she looks a lot like Jungkook"
"I don't care"
"Jin.. do you still love him? It's been 4 years, he doesn't even leave you good memories, look at Yoongi, he's here for you, healed you from trauma, took care of Areum like his own child"
