"so cora, since you've been signed already, they want to plan a show for you.. at rolling loud, then a few days after that there's gonna be an interview, kay?" the man said to me, and i nodded slowly, "so when is this show exactly?"

"tonight."

i just stared at the man, in shock, "tonight?" i repeated and he nodded— i hadn't even been warned until today. "well do you have something i can wear?" i asked with furrowed eyebrows and he quickly nodded, "let me show you your wardrobe.." he smiled before walking me towards the back of the dressing room, he pulled out some baggy pants and a white shirt.

i sighed out of relief, it actually looks good. "alright then.. i guess i'll meet you at maybe.. eight? since the show starts at 9:15." i proposed and he nodded, i walked out of the large building they call "the bowery hotel" then caught an uber.

i'll be turning fifteen soon, on december first if i'm being specific— and i don't know how i'm gonna spend my birthday. i'm probably gonna be with notti the whole day, but i don't really know yet, i sighed as i finally got back home and exited the car, thanking the driver.

once i got inside, i sat down and told my mom what was gonna happen tonight and she was nothing but proud of me. i smiled because she was finally proud of something that i was doing, it was almost a euphoric feeling to have validation from my mother.

i invited the boys to my show, notti was especially happy and said i was going up. what they don't know is that i'm dropping a single, live on stage.
