"erET!" I squeaked out, as he ragged the bedsheets off me, revealing I didn't get up twenty minutes ago when he told me to. "LAZY BI- GET UP NOW!" He yelled, I burst out laughing, and soon so did he.

"Serious though, we gotta go, little one." He said, throwing the sheets on me once again. "I swear, that nickname is just to taunt me, isn't it?" I said, pulling the bedsheets off of me and looking at the boy, who was now laughing. "Of course not, little one. I don't think your that short," He snickered, his laughs died down when I got up from the bed and he knew what was coming next. So he started running, "ERET YOU SON OF A BITCH-" "MERCY Y/N."

After I had calmed down, and got ready for the day. Me and Eret were sat down at the table, eating breakfast. We had shared a cottage ever since we joined L'manberg. Although, we're not a couple, just best friends. However, no matter how many times we tell people that, they just don't believe us. They say we're to 'clingy' not to be a couple. It's complete and utter bull.

"You're a devil, inside and outside." He joked, touching the bruise I accidentally gave him on his arm. I snickered a bit, "Well then I assume you learned your lesson," I smugly spoke, putting some blueberries in my mouth.

"Not my fault your five fucking nine." He sneered, "YOU'RE LITERALLY ABOUT SIX FOOT SOMETHING, I'M NOT SHORT, YOU'RE TALL." I yelled across the table, he rolled his eyes. "Whatever you sayyy,"

We finished breakfast and hurried out of the door, Eret quickly locked it as we started running down the streets of L'manberg, late for a quite important meeting. "FUCKING RUN, Y/N." He yelled, as I panted trying to keep up. "YOU'RE FUCKING FAST." I snapped back, defensively. After a second he took my hand, helping me keep up.

Suddenly, when Eret stupidly wasn't paying attention, we crashed straight into a teenage citizen of L'manberg, all three of us falling to the floor. As soon as we realised we knocked someone down with us, we got up and helped the girl up.

"Oh my god, I'm so so sorry-" "Y/n and Eret!? Oh my god, don't worry about it, it's fine, I can't believe I'm meeting you both!" The girl interrupted me, starting to squeal about how long she's wanted to meet us. None of us wanting to interrupt her saying we're in a rush.

"Also, I have a question," I didn't want to sound rude, so I agreed. I felt Eret's glare, but I ignored it. "Soooo, are you both a couple?" She awkwardly asked, motioning to our linked hands. Immediately, I flushed red and Eret pulled our hands apart. "Oh, no, no!" Eret stated, the girl looked embarrassed and confused, "Just friends, but we're kind of late, so we need to go. Nice seeing you!" Eret said, pullking my hand again and dragging me to run to the camarvan.

"Nice way to embarrass us." I stated, "She definitely doesn't believe us."

He continued pulling me along, "Yeah well, she kept us to long, and you were the one who kept us there." He argued, "And, who even does believe us at this point. They're just idiots." "Agreed."

After a few seconds, we arrived outside the van, Wilbur scowling at us. I could see Tommy snickering at us about to be yelled at. "Y/n, Eret. You're twenty minutes late." Wilbur said, as if we we're in school or some shit. "Blame Y/n," Eret said, throwing me under the bus. "You little shit!" I hissed, looking up at the boy.

"I don't care who's fault. Just get in the stupid van." He spat, opening the door for everyone. "That sounds so dodgy-" I joked, me and Eret starting to laugh as we walked in.
