The police station didn't hear of the officer until someone reported the body in the desert ruins, the body had no legs and no jaw with her eyes missing, the body of the pokemons and officer were found there too.
The victims were identified by their respective families and had a private funeral of all the victims.
The principal theory of what happened was that a big pokemon attacked all of them because of hunger or a mental illness, they never talked about the officer noir the case ever again.
