Mace woke up and rubbed her eyes, then looked at the clock and hit the top to shut it up. Soon after she got up, Mace stumbled to the closet on her morning legs and got changed,then she went to the bathroom and washed her face to wake herself up. Mace then brushed her hair and put o he hat and necklace. Once Mace was done with her getting ready-for-school things she headed down stairs and grabbed the toaster and made toast then headed out the door for her bus.
The school bus came about 4 minutes later and she climbed on and looked down the long bus and felt a a chill go down her spine as soon as she did. The students looked very tiered and happy at the same time, (Mace's thoughts : Look's like they all already have friends and aren't very worried about a thing in the world.) Mace went to the back of the bus and sat down in a empty seat and looked out the window at the sun that as already starting to rise unlike were she was from, were the sun don't rise for about another hour or two.
"Hi, are you new here?" exclaimed a girl startling Mace. This girl had brown hair and a giant hoodie on. "uh- uh, yes i am new here," Mace said still a little surprised that someone talked to her so quickly and ow that did it without making a sound."what is your name?" the girl asked with a enthusiastic smile. "it-it is Mace," she said with a wired feeling. "yours?" mace asked a few seconds later. " Ekenslay, but i am normally called Eky!"she exclaimed.
The two started to talk a little more and then they became friends. one they were getting close to school they stopped talking and made sure there stuff was in there bags. Soon when they got to school they ended up having 1st period together, and so as 2nd and 4th then they ad lunch together. the rest for the day they shared only one last class together.
Mace read her schedule,

2.pd. gym
3.pd. science
4 pd. history
5 pd.art
6 pd. math
7 pd. 4 c's
They talked a little bit more and then they went to 1st period together and then took there seats. In there 1st period with Mr Leon they had to explain why LBGTQ+ should not exist but at that moment both of them nodded at each other and then didn't do there work but only wrote f*** off on it there papers and then turned it in the box then went a sat down to talk to each other.
In second period they met there teacher Mr. Croucher and he was not to bad, but he made everyone do 30 sit-ups and 40 squats, plus another 15 push-ups, then at the end of the gruesome things they did they all got water but only 3 seconds to drink it.
in 3rd period science Mrs. Banter ad them do some quizlets and board games and pretty much anything for the entire period so Mace was quick to go get a big drink of water and it felt amazing after 2nd period.
During lunch Mace went to the school councilor to talk about switching her 1st period class to a different class since she actually supported LBGTQ+ and didn't like the disrespect he gave LBGTQ+ . Mace then went to go get her school lunch and had to wait in the lung line and by the time she gt to the front she only had 10 minutes to eat her food. She quickly found her friend and ate.
by 4th period with Mr. Muntor, the history teacher, she was ready to pass out then her teacher slapped her hand and she jumped and head butted him, sending he to after-school-detention. Mace didn't really care about that all she worried about was how her mom wold react and hoped she wouldn't lose her phone.
In 5th period she was glad to see eky there in her classroom, let-alone right next to her. they were give time off the caught up on work they were missing and it helped Mace a lot nice she missed the first 2 weeks of school and had to catch up on all her work
in 6th period she was relieved it was only simple division and she was practically a pro at it. finally her last class was here and she only had to color a peace of paper the correct colors.
in 7th they got to go home early since the teachers didn't want to do an extra class without needing to.
