Prolouge

September 1993

Selena Quintanilla POV

Lately I have been morning sickness and all the good foods that I eat I vomit. So me and Chris have made an appointment for the doctors to see what is happening to me, my family is worried as well. Right now me and Chris are waiting for some blood work that they did on me and is waiting for the doctor to tell us what's going on. "I'm scared, Chris." I said to him. "Don't worry. What ever happens I'm sure we'll pull through this." Chris said as he held me close. Finally the doctor came in with some paperwork. "Is that the results?" I asked him. "Yes, and the reason why you're getting morning sickness is because you are three weeks pregnant, Selena." The doctor said. I was so shocked and when I looked over to Chris I could tell he was shocked as well.

After that we thanked the doctor and left. It was silent until I hear Chris scream excitedly in the car. "We're having a baby!" Chris yelled out. I smiled at him and joined in on the screaming. We got to my family's house to tell them the good news. We both walked in and see my mom, dad, A.B and Suzette waiting with worry in their eyes. My dad stands up and walks towards me. "What did the doctor say, Selena?" My dad asked. I smiled widely at him. "Turns out I'm three weeks pregnant!" I yelled out out excitedly. A.B and Suzette stood up and yelled out that their going to be an aunt and uncle meanwhile my parents hugged me and Chris.

My dad walked to Chris. "Take care of my daughter and unborn grandchild." Dad said to him. "I will make sure that Selena and my unborn child will be taken care of." Chris said. My dad just smiled at him. After that we all celebrated my pregnancy, I rubbed my now flat stomach and smiled. "I will be the best mother to you, no matter what happens I will always take care of you." I said, I then felt someone touch my stomach and see Chris smiling down. "I'm going to be the best dad there is." Chris said, making me laugh as I gave him a kiss.

3rd POV

June 12, 1994

It was the day Selena was giving birth to her daughter and when she came out she named her daughter Y/n Quintanilla-Pérez. Chris walked up to his wife and his newborn daughter as the rest of the family is there looking at their niece/granddaughter. "Y/n Quintanilla-Pérez, you are loved by many people. I know one day you'll be like me a singer. And if anyone bullies you cause you're different than other girls I give you my permission to hit them." Selena said making baby Y/n gurgle at her making Selena smile at how adorable her daughter is. Abraham walked to his granddaughter and held her into his arms. "She is gonna steal hearts when she grows up." Abraham said. "Of course she is. She is my daughter." Selena said making A.B and Suzette laugh. "But I'm making sure no boys are messing with her." Chris said as Abraham agreed with Chris.

Time skip

February 26, 1995

Y/n is now 8 months old and she is currently being held by her dad Chris as they waited for her mom to finish getting ready to perform at the Astrodome. "One day, Y/n. When you get older you're gonna be like your mommy singing on stage and perform at sold out arenas like this." Chris said to her as she giggled. Selena got out and see Chris playing with Y/n on the floor, she smiled at her husband and daughter. Their bond is unbreakable since Y/n was born. She walked towards them and Y/n sees her mom and shocked not only Chris and Selena but the rest of her family who was with her. "Mommy." Y/n said. "She said her first word!" Suzette yelled. Everyone cheered for Y/n for saying her first word. Y/n then stood up and wobbly walked towards Selena as Selena crouch down and held out her hands encouraging her to walk a little further. Y/n finally got to her mom and fell into her arms making Selena pick her up. "She took her first steps!" Chris said excitedly as the rest of the family cheered making Y/n giggle at them.

Selena then gave Y/n to Suzette since she can't play because of her ankle and went out to go on the carriage. Suzette looked at her niece who was already staring at her. "When you grow up and a woman tells you to be honest just say something that is good and not bad like what your uncle just did to your mom." Suzette said while Y/n nodded not understanding what is happening. Suzette then walked out with Y/n and went to her mom who was on the side waiting for Selena to perform. Finally after a few minutes she finally came in on the carriage as she waved at her mom, sister and daughter and then waved to the crowd.

The whole concert Y/n was bouncing up and down as she was in her grandma's arms since Suzette had to sit down. After the concert was done Selena went to a room and changed into more comfy clothes and went out the venue with her family as A.B and Chris and the rest of the guys were packing up the instruments in the van. Selena took Y/n out of her mom's arms as Y/n was asleep and snuggled further into her mom's neck and Selena then walked to the into the bus and set Y/n down on her bed and kissed her forehead. "Goodnight my little angel." Selena whispered to her as she went on the bed and fell asleep.

Couple days later

The family was back home after the tour Chris has Y/n in her high chair as three people where in the house waiting to see Selena and also see her daughter. Y/n wasn't paying attention to them but was making a mess with her cheerios. Chris took Y/n out of her chair and to the people that was cooing at her adorableness. After they left Chris set Y/n down as she started to walk around picking up her teddy bear that her mom gave her and sat down on the floor while her parents were talking to each other. Chris grabbed Y/n and put her in her car seat  and strapped her in and drove him, Selena and her somewhere. Selena was talking about wanting more kids so Y/n won't be lonely meanwhile Y/n was trying to catch a butterfly but not to far from her parents as they are watching her carefully.

March 31, 1995

Today Selena woke up and got ready and then she went to her daughter's room who was silently sleeping. Selena was watching her daughter with a smile on her face and then closed her door and went to her and Chris's room and kissed him on the cheek and left the house. Chris and Y/n woke up and ate breakfast that Selena cooked and some baby food for Y/n. Today Selena was meeting Yolanda to go get checked out at the doctors cause she said she was r@ped and @bused but she lied and now Selena is mad at her and drove her to Yolanda's hotel that she is staying at to get her paperwork that she stole. After they went in the hotel room after a while it was quiet until a gunshot was heard in Yolanda's room.

Meanwhile Y/n was with her aunt and grandma when the phone was ringing. Suzette answered the phone then she started crying and hanged up the phone. "What happen, Suzette?" Her grandma asked her aunt. "Selena was in an accident. She was shot by Yolanda." Suzette said as she cried. Then Her grandma started crying and picked Y/n up and went to the car and drove to the hospital. After a while the doctor came out with a sad look on his face. "I'm sorry. We did everything we could but she didn't make it." The doctor said. Everyone started crying except for Y/n who has no idea what's going on right now. Chris held his daughter while crying after that everything felt slow from Selena's death. The whole family decided that for Y/n safety she should be adopted by a family friend the L/n family but kept her last name. As Y/n grew up and moved to South Korea by herself she never knew that she was Selena and Chris daughter until she found out herself when she got older.
