Clarity (Levi x Reader)

Chapter 8

You woke up in the early morrow to get ready for the ceremony.

The problem was that you didn't know what time it would take place, so you decided to ask 'him.'

You headed for his office as fast as possible.

You knocked various times and finally heard his voice, so your instinct told you to go in.

You saw him at his desk, although he didn't look okay. His head was on the desk in a sleeping position.

"Captain!" You nearly yelled.

"What do you want brat?" He mumbled.

You tapped him in his shoulder, but he didn't answer. He must have stayed up all night finishing all the paper work.

"Captain, wake up!"

"Huh? Too tired." You barely heard him say.

You put your arms under his arms and helped him get up from his desk.

You struggled getting him to the room, but you luckily made it. You opened the door and laid him on the bed.

While you took of his boots, you realized how clean his room was and were pretty surprised. It was spotless.

"(Y/n)." He mumbled.

"Yes?"

"You may leave now."

"But the ceremony is tod-"

"It isn't until 5:00, so go on, leave." He had his eyes half closed.

"Geez, I don't even get a thanks. Later."

As you made your way to the exit you heard him say, "could you stop with the whole 'captain' thing?"

"Well, what do you want me to say?" You retorted in an annoyed voice.

"Simply 'Levi,'" he responded.

"If you say so, captain," you said giggling. "Oh, and one more thing, don't sleep too much. Okey?"

You went to kitchen to see what they were serving for breakfast. You saw Erwin sitting at the table, he signaled you to sit next to him.

You gladly accepted the offer and walked over there with your tray in your hands.

"Top of the morning to you (Y/n)," he said.

"Oh, you as well, I guess, Commander."

"You know there is an induction ceremony today right?"

"Yeah, Levi told me yesterday."

"Levi?"

"Um, Yeah," you casually assured him. "I mean Captain Levi," you said with a slight blush.
