Chapter Seven: Avalamite

Azura was pacing back and fourth in her home. Suddenly, Eddith barged herself in the house. "E-Eddith?" Azura said. "Kid, come here and look at this!" Eddith had a newspaper in her hands. Azura peered over at the paper as Eddith pointed out a paragraph. "Shining Cavern! They just opened!" "Shining Cavern?" "Shining Cavern! They sell so many useful things that you can use in your training!" Eddith replied. "In my training? Well, let's get going!" Azura grabbed her jacket and Eddith grabbed her bag, Reddick followed the two. They ran out of the house and jumped in the buggy and told the coachman their destination. The horses started galloping as they looked around at the town. About 30 minutes later, the buggy ride came to a stop. "There it is, Azura. The Shining Cavern!" Eddith said, pointing at the shop. "C'mon, let's get going before they run out of the butterwine!" Eddith jumped out of the buggy and ran towards the store with Azura following her. Eddith swung the door open and began looking all over the store like a monkey. Azura, stood in the doorway weirded out by Eddith's obsession with Shining Cavern. "What did you come here to get again?" 

Eddith placed the large bag filled of everything inside the store on the counter. The cashier stared at Eddith and said, "Are you sure you want all of this?" "Yes, I'm very, VERY sure." Eddith replied. The cashier looked very confused but got to work. Eddith payed the cashier and grab all the bags full of minerals, tools, drinks, and food. The two walked out of the shop and sat at the porch on a bench. The two observed and went through the bags. Eddith took out many things and admired them. "Hey, Azura, look at this!" Eddith got out a silver blue crystal. "Do you know how valuable this item is, Azura?" "No, what is it?" "This is known as Avalamite. This crystal is so rare due to the amount of power it has. It can even be used for a witch's staff!" Eddith replied. "Geez, how much did it cost in there?" Eddith was silent. "Eddith?" "Uh, about that.." "Eddith, how much did that gem cost?" "...50k." Azura was furious. "50K? Where did you even get all of that money?" "Well, I had a little deal with this guy and he gave me this money." "And what did you give him?" "My staff." "YOUR STAFF?" Now Azura was really angry. Even more than furious. "Well, what else could I give him? My staff is worth at least 30k and I obviously didn't tell him that so it was technically worth it." Azura sighed. "Whatever, lets go home."
