My Hero Academia Fanfic | Emiko UA student

Chapter 5

     "Emiko, get down here!" My sleep was disturbed by the sound of my mom calling for me. I stumbled downs the stairs, and said hello to Andy, our hamster.

   I got downstairs to see my mom and dad surrounding the table. My mom is a blue eyed blonde, while my dad is a brown eyed guy with black hair. The two of them looked at me with excitement. "Your letter from UA is here."

    Now this got me curious. I ran over to the table and my mom handed me the letter. 

    The letter had a red stamp on it. It was a bit bulky. I teased the letter open and saw a little disk. "I figure its a hologram." My dads quirk lets him analyze anything and now the contents and its use. I put the disk on the table and it let out a soothing sound. Then, the disk lit up, and a hologram appeared before us.

    "Dear Emiko Haizou, congratulations! You have been accepted into UA hero school. The amount of points you received in the practical exam is 83. Your uniform will be sent in the mail soon. As for your class, you will be in 1A. Now, go celebrate with your friends and family! Goodbye, future hero."

    My parents and I stood there in awe. That was no other than Deku, the pro hero. He was working at UA!? He's my favorite pro! If anything is gonna make me excited, it would be this. Either that, or they just wanted him to come help out and encourage students. Either way, this would make me so much more motivated.

    "Sweetie you got in!!" My mom gave me a giant bear hug and my dad looked so proud. "I knew you could do it, you'll be an amazing pro." This is my chance to help out my family. I would not pass this opportunity.

    Beeeeeeep. I was booking it to the hospital. My sister is the only person who doesn't know the news yet. I didn't even pause to think before I ran out the front door. In fact, I was still in my pj's. Alira would be so proud. She's gonna love this. That was my last thought before- "Hey, watch it!" 

    I just ran right into somebody. "Oh, I'm really sorry I'm in a  rush." I stood up to see a guy who looked around my age. He had grey eyes, with light brown hair. Just great. I ran into a complete stranger, while looking like a mess. I had to time to worry about it.

    I started running through the hospital doors while shouting, "Sorry!" The only thing on my mind was to tell Alira the news. 

    I went up to the front desk and started talking immediately, "I'm here to see Alira Haizou!" I think I startled the nurse, because she flinched when I started to speak, or scream. 

    "Ah, how do you know the patient?" I immediately responded with "sister" and started to become impatient. "Name?" I gave her my name and she nodded. "Alright you can go, here is your visitors pass." I accepted it, and said thank you with a bow, before rushing to her room, which I memorized the destination of.

    I bust through the door to see Alira eating breakfast. She looked up and once she noticed it was me, started beaming. "Sis, your here!" I had told her before hand I would come to visit her with a phone call. "What's the big news? You look so happy!" 

    "I got accepted to UA!" 

    I ran up to her and gave her a hug. She threw her arms around me and squealed. "Really!? I knew you could do it!" Alira never failed to be proud of me, even in my darkest moments. My younger sister was actually very wise.

    "Ahh I'm so excited. And you wont believe how I got the news!" I showed her the disk, and then the hologram activated. Me and my sister both shared our admiration of Deku. Once she saw his face, she looked so excited, and perked up instantly. 

    We were happily talking about Deku when, "Alira, I'm here." I turned towards the door. What i saw, was the guy who I ran into. "Zero!" Alira looked happy to see this stranger. "Ali, who's this?"

    My sister looked at me, "He's the nice guy who cheers me up!" I got the gist of it. He was one of the people who visit kids in the hospital and cheer them up. I looked at his hands. He had a balloon, some snacks, and a board game.

    Who looked at me with a strange look. "It's you. The girl who bumped into me." He just gave me a little smile, "I didn't know you knew Alira. Sisters?" I nodded my head. Now that I didn't have the adrenaline of rushing over, I felt embarrassed. I was wearing a set of blue pj's with bunnies on them. My hair was a mess, and I didn't forget I ran right into him. Just great
