They reached the restaurant, they had so much to talk about to compensate for all these months when they were not together but thinking about each other. After a long conversation they decided to leave for his place. She was so nervous for what they were leading towards. The energy changed between them, he could felt her nervousness. He didn't like the silence between them in the car so he initiated the conversation

Karan: how's the food?

Teju: umm it was good 

Karan: music ? Any preference?

Teju: whatever you like

Karan: are you thinking about something?

Teju: no

Karan: I know you are but let me tell you that you don't have to do anything you don't want. I will never do anything or let you do if you are not comfortableo, So just relax ok

Teju looked at him for a brief moment and smiled

Karan: bus ye hi chahiye

Teju: whattt?

Karan: smile karti reh bas

She caressed his chin

Teju: you know how lucky I am to have you in my life.

Karan: no I am lucky to have you by my side. Will you be my side forever?

Teju: are you asking me out?

Karan: we confess our love to each other didn't we?

Teju: no I just want it to be formal confession

Karan: will think about it

Karan: I wont ask you. You are my girlfriend period

Teju: huh

They reached his apartment, she went straight to her room to use the bathroom. Karan lit some candles and made some popcorn. When she came out after changing her dress to casual pajamas she was surprised by the decor. She loved the candles and smell of the popcorn hit her nostrils she screamed with joy

Teju: are we watching a movie? Did you these make for me?

Karan: yes , only if you want to, do you have early morning?

Teju: why not? Didn't I tell you I have a day off tomorrow. Kon si movie dekhenge

Karan: no you didn't tell me. sci fi or love story your choice

Teju: romantic

Karan : come let's watch this movie

Teju: did you happen to watch it before?

Karan: no but I heard it's a nice movie

They got comfortable on the recliner. He opened the comforter and cover her legs. She kept her head on his shoulder

When he pass the popcorn bowl she spring back to her sitting position. After a while into the movies he cursed himself for making popcorn . He wanted her to finish the popcorn fast so she could be back to his shoulder. After she finished popcorn when she kept sitting ahead he got irritated

Karan: I won't get tired

Teju looked towards him in confusion

Karan: if you keep your head on my shoulder I won't get tired

She relaxed after his statement and got closed to him instead of shoulder she lay on his chest

Teju: happy now?
