At the Berlin conference of 1884 the world's colonial powers took it upon themselves to divide up the African Congo.
King Leopold of Belgium claimed the vast Congo basin, rich in ivory and minerals
Five years later he had run up huge debts in his ambition to exploit his new colony.
Desperate for funds and running out of money to pay his army.
He sent his most trusted servant, Leon Rom, to the Congo to source the legendary diamonds of Opar.A lot of soldiers are walking, in search for a place where there lives a tribe. Among them, there is a person with a white hat and a white costume, the man is called Leon Rom.
'Mr. Rom.' says one of the soldiers as they arrive at the place
Rom start to walk forward towards a rock which looked like a face. 'Opar. we found it.'
When he says that a soldier walks over towards a open place between the rocks.
'Captain Moulle.' ask a soldier
'Form your lines.' says the captain while he was looking in the fog, as they form the lines and prepare there weapons.
'Maxim ready, sir!' screams a other soldier
'Steady. wait' when the lines are formed and every weapon is ready, they follow the orders of the captain
When a spear been thrown from the fog and misses the captain screams 'Fire!'
After the fire from the weapons are done, they see a few body laying around, and walked further to a pond of water.
As they arrive they see people dead and tide up on poles, then Rom reaches out for the captain's shoulder and they look up, to see more people standing on the high rocks.
Suddenly a man jumps out of the water and starts to attack Rom and the soldiers and as they try to stay alive more people come out of the water and the people on the rocks throw the spears towards the soldiers and Rom.
As soldiers are fighting, more and more people come to fight. 'Stand your ground!' screams the captain.
When the fighting stops Rom comes from under the two shields, to see all of the people from the tribe around him and the soldiers all dead.
As the tribe people moves to let a person come to Rom, warrior starts to attach hem but Rom can kill him with his pray cord, while the other people from the tribe come closer, he turns around and see the leader of the tribe.
'Chief Mbonga, I presumed.' says Rom to a man who looks a bit different than the other people
'How do you know my name?' ask Mbonga, who is the chief of this tribe, to Rom.
'You're the man I came to see.' is the answer to the question that the chief asked.
'These are what you came for. ' says the chief after a few seconds of thinking while showing 3 diamonds to Rom.
'What would you do for them? asked he because he isn't going to give the diamonds that easily.
Because Rom really needs the diamonds, he says: 'Whatever is necessary.'
With the chief, who is happy tells what he need to do. 'There is one thing I desire above all else. Bring it to me.' but Mbonga doesn't mean an object, 'Bring them to me.' but two persons. 'And you shall have your diamonds.'
After thinking Roms want do it and says: 'All I need are two names.' and then he receives the 3 diamonds, is going probably get more after the job is done.
