Bell rings*
As my classmates stood up to take their break, andito parin ako. Sitting on my chair doing activities to be passed the day after tomorrow.
" Phoebie !! When ka ba tatayo jan? We only have an hour to take our lunch, sis!? Ano ba hinihintay mo, pasko? "
Sabi ni Abbie na sobrang gigil na to me kase she's been irritated by how I make her wait in taking her lunch na.
"Abbieee, wait langgg I'm almost done na. Love youu!" Sabi ko just to calm her down.
"Duuhh bala ka nga j..." di na nya natapos pa ang kamalditahan nya when someone called my name.
"Miss Cortez, please follow me to my office"
What could Mr. Hernandez's reason for calling me at his office!? Like huhu did I do something wrong? May nagawa ba'kong labag sa kalooban nya? makikipag hiwalay naba sya saken? Oh no!! Charott.."
Mr. Hernandez pala is a professor here sa school namin sa isang school sa Santa Cruz. Sya ang kauna-unahang professor na bata wherein he is only at 22.
As I walk in to the office, I looked around and his office was actually huge.
"Miss Cortez."
Muntik ko nang matabig yung vase na naka display sa office nya when she called me all of a sudden.
"Uhh sir, uhm may I know kung bakit ako napatawag po?"Tanong ko .
"This is the first time this school had a greatest award for students who is truly outstanding, miss Cortez."
"I would like to congratulate you for achieving that. Here's a chocolate"
Inabot nya ang chocolate sakin and I accepted it. Sir Hernandez isn't like that tsss. What a strange feeling. Kelan pa sya naging sweet sa students nya? Like duuhhh..pero anyways
"HAHAH thank you sir"
Sabi ko and walked outside his office. Sa saktong pagkasarado ko ng office, my phone had a notification.
A message from my boyfriend. A message that I thought would complete my day.
[Babe, you can be happy without us being with each other, right?.]
"Babe? What do you mean?"
I replied.
[It's just...]
[I think we aren't compatible?]
"aren't compatible?? Nag jojoke kaba? kase hindi magandang joke to!"
[Sorry, Phoeb. I love you]
"You think ganon lang ka dali to? How tf did you make this decision??"
"You think getting out from this relationship is really that easyy??? Na sasabihin mo lang na hindi tayo compatible then, bye??"
"If only I knew you were that dumb as other guys who leaves their girl hanging"
