Chapter 2
One week later phoebe and mike have just tried for a baby.
"You know i think we might have done it this time" mike said walking out of the bedroom with phoebe following close behind.
Phoebe walked in the bathroom to get a pregnancy stick.
"How long do you have to wait to take it" mike asked "a few minutes" she replied they both sat on the sofa hugging closely "dont worry we can always keep trying if this doesnt happen today we can always try again" mike said keeping his hopes up.
A single tear dropped from phoebes eye. As she said "its time" wiping tears away from her face.
"And dont worry it will be ok and good luck" mike said the trying to calm his wife down.
"Its ready" phoebe said picking up the pregnancy stick.
"I cant look"phoebe said putting the stick back on the table.
"We can look together" mike said picking up the stick.
Phoebes eyes filled with tears as she hugged mike.
"Were gonna be a mum and dad" mike said with excitement and put his arms round phoebe, they jumped up and down in joy as mike picked up the phone to tell everyone to come over!
Everyone arrived all together, phoebe and mike stood together, mike had his hand on phoebes stomach.
"Were having a baby" they both said together.
